Very happy , will go over 280 at some point in the next couple weeks , have absolutely no clue how that’s jumping like that , but hey. It feels like I’m finally tapping fully back into muscle memory , but it just took a hefty fucking dose to get it coming back 😂 , I will fly through 280 and 290 will be very doable . I am absolutely not fat either as I am just not adjusting food . Obv a boat load of water but it’s not just going to be water on water on water all the way to 290 + 😂 . I now will stop even saying where the push will end , i will just let it do its thing.
Are you no longer using 0.25 and 0.5kg plates for your progressions? Are you jumping directly to at least 1.25kg? -

There is no accurate answer to give here bud – simply because there is no way of calculating it.
i would start with 5iu humalog. Check your BG in 120 minutes. If the number is in a good range then you are good. If its trending high then you need a little more humalog.
I imagine the 5iu will be more than sufficient. This is being very precise as well doing it this way, Most will just take the 5iu and potentially work up to 7-10iu based on feel and response.

I took my 4.8 IU of GH along with my post-workout meal, and after 90 minutes my glucose was already at 106 mg/dL. Without any insulin, Does that mean 4.8 isn’t enough to prevent me from absorbing those GH? Or would it be better if I also added 5 IU of rapid-acting insulin just in case?

Hello Rico, thanks for your response. Regarding the presses I have in this order and this volume Backgrounds x1 Chest press x1 Shoulder press x1 And after the back work (which is 3 series) I do 1 set of a triceps isolation exercise.

I would also be interested in knowing if it is interesting to move the triceps compound first to give more priority to the triceps or if that would detract from the general development or if, on the contrary, it is a good idea. -
Thanks for the response Kuba. Would you take rapid insulin just before you start meals or after? It is irrelevant? Would it be necessary to have some type of drink between training? I’m thinking 10IU with the pre-meal and 10IU with the post-meal. The only thing I’m not sure about is that I should bring my intra-workout drink.

Thanks for the answer man, in case of using these drugs, what dose of Telmisartan and Enalapril should I take? Do you think that the more I can tolerate, the more organic protection? Or would it be kept to a minimum?

Hello Jordan, I have been reading your forums for quite some time and I have seen that years ago you even reached 500 or 600g of protein per day lol, now you are eating much less than that, has your thinking about this changed or do you still think that more protein is better to maximize growth?
