Ideally you will have different movements

What about seated barbell? Do no you have a Swiss bar or football bar?

Well I can force myself to do barbell and dumbell but I have a feeling I can’t load it properly
Seated barbell set up in a squat rack maybe ? Seated dumbell ?
Well I guess I can try that but I also have the same problem with tricep work, I need 4 different tricep compounds/presses and 4 different tricep isolations but I just can’t think of any.
Close grip barbell press or close grip smith press, JM press, free dip, machine dip.

There you go, that’s tricep compounds sorted.
How about 4 isolation movements?

when i finish my bcaa i will buy eaa, and today i put in a liter bottle and sipped on it the whole session, that will do right?

EAAs are to be used as a protein feeding, so drink them in one go during your session, midway between your pre and post meals. A carbohydrate drink can be sipped throughout.

As for the BCCAs you have right now, if you want to drink them during your session, go ahead. It won’t do you any harm, but if it were me, I’d ditch them and buy some EAAs.

Thank u very much, I will just stop doing extensions and get a physio too look at it, I can still do a close grip bench and jm press without pain so that’s a alternative I guess

Thank you I see nothing wrong with the set .. it’s a touch rushed but nothing alarming .. if you are after challenging your erectors you won’t be aiming for slow eccentrics as such anyway. Set your hips pull get back down and repeat 🔁

Yes thank u very much man, much appreciated 😄.

Keep taking body weight up. Getting stronger and progressing your lifts. Recover and sleep well. Repeat this for years and you’ll grow.

Train to failure too. Intensity and consistency combined and you’re onto a winner.

I will, thank u very much

if you only have 2 sessions I would want one of them starting with legs and not both sessions ending with legs personally. So the focus is equal across the body and your not always training legs tired and spent from training upper.

Unless legs are not a focus of course.

Thank u very much, I will do that
