yes thank you very much, i am also just kind of testing out with what works for me, and i have also added a single arm row on a hammerstrength machine, thats where i am seing more width with, and i think i am comfortable with my exercises right now (hammerstrength upperback row, one arm row on the hammerstrength, pulldowns and the sldl, i am now eating a lot of food but its hard to track because i am still 15, so i just track it with the scale is my kind of way. and i have progressed a lot and tracked every lift so i think i am just sticking to these exercises and progressing them. thank you for the reply

i get why its a dumb question but i have been training for a year now and i never really had a hiphinge movement in my training, and i recently realised this and really was kinda shocked in a way of how i was neglecting it, so i thought it may clear some things up

i just thought it might be missing something, because recently i added sldl in my routine and saw a lot of change in my erectors, ive been progressing that a lot lately.
