Hi Aj!
I’m sorry if you’ve already answered this question,
When you were following a PPL split, how many different rotations did you have?
I feel that having more than 2 can be counterproductive, as it takes a long time to repeat the same exercises,
Thanks in advance! -
Thank you AJ!!!
And when you put them in the front of the session, in what order do you like to perform them? Do you have any preference?
For example, 1st Leg Curl, 2nd Leg extensions -
Hi AJ!
What leads you to organize the first exercises of the leg session (leg curl / adductor / extensions) in that way? How do you decide the order?
Thank you in advance -
IMHO, it is one of the best training programs out there… but it only would work if you can attack each and every set as if your life depends on it

There’s nothing you can do with that situation. So I would just focus on being active, do some exercise at home and rest more; do not overanalize because is not worth it. You will most likely regain the muscule mass you can possibly lose these weeks in a few days after getting in the gym.
Hope that makes sense.Well said Pere 😉

BTW, In the DC you actually get stronger across all rep ranges. Remember that the rest-pause rep goals vary on different exercises (can go from 11 up to 30) and they are not set in stone. For example, you can do for chest:
Inc BB Press (11-15RP) (Heavy)
Flat DB Press (20-30RP) (Light)
Machine Press (15-20RP) (Medium) -
If you can train like a mad bull, DC training is AWESOME
I’d start with the 2-way split, training 3 days a week and I’d run it for several months -
Hi Kevin!
What is your rationale on how to place the leg extensions in the training session?
What benefits or disadvantages do you see when placing them before the compounds? And after?
What would be your general recommendation? Thanks in advance!

I also think that training intensity (level of effort) has a HUGE impact. I’m afraid that any of the subjects of the study can apply the same intensity in a set as Corinne or Jordan 😉
