Hey Sas, wicked to see u working with JP as the guy is an absolute beast and legend not to mention prob the smartest guy Iv ever heard speak haha.
Like u, I don’t free weight barbell squat due to knee issues, what advice or how would u approach gaining maximal size on legs without the need to squat? Uv got some of the sickest detailed legs going so thought u or JP would be best to ask?? Cheers bro

Could be done on smith machine too I guess.
Also a machine v squat only going just above parallel also hits the quads really good with a close stance.

Awesome live Q&A on FB Jordan, you’re a decent guy to put up so much honest content to help people. It’s actually quite refreshing as often bodybuilding even in this day and age is still very taboo and secretive.
on a separate note, could you give an example of a routine to bring up legs for a twice weekly frequency training system? i.e. one day heavy as hell with say set of 5 with 5-6reps etc. and the second day perhaps lighter and slightly more volume?
Thanks mate

Sorry for Late reply Jordan….I’ll be doing the Men’s bodybuilding up to 80kg class, it’s my second time going tot the British so this time I’m aiming to leave a mark as first time was just getting my feet wet lol.
11 weeks out as of Saturday and I really want my condition in slightly earlier so to make sure I’m at my best to date and as close to 100% as I can be.
Cheers for the support buddy

Totally understand mate, as you say this will be yours and a reflection of you so understand you taking the time to make it spot on. I’m currently prepping for the Ukbff British finals so will be great to implement some of your strategies.
All the best with everything mate
