Hey sas I wanna know how come you run test still so high in prep ? I know a lot of people use low test high dht in prep

Evening guys a very busy day again at the laptop today….
Only minimal steps today as it’s so icey on our road I didn’t want to go to far out with the dogs so did 300 kcals on the spin bike around 22 mins it took me I went moderately hard. Got a good sweat on. Then literally back to back on the laptop getting my clients changed over to there new sheets from there check ins. They all love the new sheets so far. So it’s worth it. A lot of clients starting prep. And it’s gearing up to be a busy year. Trained at 6pm after most of work boxed off. Left the logbook and just went in a trained

So the pre meal looks fine to me if it digests well – I would pull the nut butter out.
I would make sure you are having 50g carbs intra workout with EAA on way to gym – make sure to drink the carbs as you train to maintain BG from the pre slin.
I would as Kuba states start with 3iu and work up from here based on how you feel and respond and adjust those intra workout carbs to keep BG levels maintained.
GH – pre gym or pre bed – its just personal preference and how you feel and which train of thought you follow but both will work extremely well. It also depends on how you feel.
I have some clients respond way better to pre workout we as others it makes them feel very tired and effects the workout and these respond better to pre bed.
I then have others that split pre gym and pre bed which I am also a fan of.
As with everything in this game there isnt just 1 way and in reality again the real key is just on taking the GH

If you are wanting to utilise the benefits of insulin to improve what you are doing then I would say start with lantus.
10iu meal 1 – asses how you feel etc and you can titrate this dose up a little if you want to as long as BG numbers remain good.
Fast slin could be used pre workout – I would start with 4-5iu 20-30 minutes pre workout and make sure you have 20g EAA immediately pre workout and a good 50-60g TBJP performance fuel sipped during the workout.
for me Insulin has a range of benefits that it will bring to any growth phase/cycle and personally I dont see the need for its use to be dictated by BG readings.

Very situational…..there’s plenty of benefits and I’ve used both successfully previously.
What’s your body composition like?
Whats your nutrition setup like?
What’s your BG readings I don’t think these dictate the use but they give some data along with how your currently looking, what’s appetite like, current set up before making the decision
Body comp is where I can see my abs clearly
Nutrition setup is 3400 cal, 200p, 500carb,60fat usually have same meals
BG is around 80 low 80
Appetite is great -
Yes bring ALWAYS extra carbs with you 🤓
Honey or powder sugar in small pockets
If you make an hypo, take those fast carbs straight !
And if it does not pass, take more

So eating 1 hr before, then using novorapid 4iu 20-30min before gym and with the pre workout drink having Eaa , then 50g cyclic dextrin during workout sound alright ?

Ask you for the max weeks which u use EQ because many tell that the eq works after the 10 weeks … I don’t believe that but you prefer to change the second compound every 6-8 weeks ? This works better ?
Eq gives me better results then primo when growing. Primo / masteron is better during contest prep

Hey sas I thought EQ take 16 weeks to fully kick in and reach peak levels ? Correct me if I’m wrong -
I personally fix the issue , you don’t need blood work to tell you that there is an issue , so I would simply add a quarter adex eod , or lower the test to 100 and up the mast to 100 , either is fine
So that would be .25 mg of arimidex ?

How far will you take AAS use this push SAS? Are you just going to stick with test eq or will you be throwing in mast/anadrol too?
I’ll probably stay at 800 test 300 eq for as long as I’m feeling good in the gym seeing progress in the mirror, then creep it up slowly, and max out at 1000 test 500 eq. Past that, I just don’t see a benefit. 1500 is the upper limit for me feeling good and being able to eat and sleep. I’ve tried 2g and over and I don’t see a huge jump in progress, none that’s sustainable anyway
No won’t be using masteron till prep. It dehydrates muscles / joints and gives wrinkles hahaha and it’s a weak anabolic

In general i see most people can run 200mg test and 100mg mast and blood work is fine in all areas.
hey hilly I’m going to do a small mini cut during my health phase for about 6 weeks, in your opinion could I get away with only trt to hold tissue whilst cut or add 100mg of mast on top trt for that 6 weeks ?
