    Are any of

Hey buddy! I stopped pinning my Delts years ago just incase this happened. I’ve also been using Rohm labs for years and I’ve never ever had a bad pin experience.

Lats good? Tried there a couple times

As long as it doesn’t get warm and you see swelling you are good 🙂

what might be the cause of this, having lump under injection spot ? Thanks

Post some pics, duration you’ve followed this plan, what your rate of gain and progress has been like following this plan

And then we can give further insight

5 months with plan, rate of gain is 1-2 lb but sometimes over that a week. Progress has been good but not best

Hi Joseph can you give some more context here please. How long have you been in this push up phase? What does your rate of gain look like weekly? What is your cardio / training / steps routine looking like?

Without more context it’s hard to give any advice as there’s important info missing here

Been on the push up phase for about 5 months, my rate of gain weekly would be around 1-2lb but sometimes it’ll go over that, cardio is once or twice a week and training is 2 days on 1 day off, train body part once a week it’ll be like back and bi, then chest and tri, rest etc..

Hey buddy! What’s your current condition look like? Also what’s the current goal? Also what does a low day look like for you? Do you also have a normal day or is it just high low high low? Why are you carb cycling? Usually when carb cycling I would use mostly normal days and low days and maybe one high day to begin with. Other than that the diet looks fine, the total protein looks a little low for me but the rest of it looks ok.

-Current condition is 15%ish body fat, not fat but not lean
-My current goal is to push this off season until next year and compete
    – my low day is the same as my diet plan above just will lower the carbs and keep the protein around the same
-I do not have normal days, I am on carb cycling because I find I works fine for me
what would your normal days look like also?
And any adjustments I should make, thanks !

    Don’t do a 6 day split

This split would be ideal split into

    Chest and tricep

    Back and bicep

    Rest

    Shoulders arms

    Legs

    Repeat

That’s id you are well advanced if you are a beginner which soundd you are

Upper lower split is best for you, Jordan has broke those down on here and his YouTube

first of all thank you kuba, I will look into the upper/lower split, a additional question I have for the ideal split if I was to do it is, Friday there is legs and it says repeat meaning Saturday I would do chest and tris correct?
