Obv putting your delts in this position takes away load as it’s far stricter…
So could these possibly be utilised in the “Isolation” period.
Post the Chest/Shoulder/Tricep compound Pressing movement? -
Conventional deadlifts are far more taxing on the lats+back than the hams?
I can see your point if your doing RDLS however.. -
Obv I am fully aware you will not change your 110% Intensity training.
But will you still train at your current frequency as you get closer into the show? With recovery levels dipping? -

You’ve really given me something to think about… you saying ” has to be progressed as other body parts”, has made me realise I probably haven’t been doing a progressive overload format as much as I should of as regards arms.I’m gonna go into the gym with the mind set of smashing Dips 😉

Struggling to generate any power at all with overhead movements.
But not to bad with Laterals and raises to be honest.
Training Chest is becoming a more of a problem than training delts to be honest,
Press’s/Flys both useless
