I’m not saying there a bad product as I mentioned in previous comments I have just voiced my opinion that I wasn’t keen on the taste or the texture and the I preferred the above brands.

Dr Nurein at be cosmetic he specialised in removing gyno I have had several friends who also went to him prior to me and all had great results. -
I haven’t checked there prices recently and I’m not saying there a bad product but if they were closer to the brands I have mentioned above I would defiantly go for one of them as I wasn’t keen on the taste or texture of the MP I find the above work well and sit fine with me and taste great.

I’m currently using gold standard whey and bsn syntha 6 I like this most as it’s quite sweet and mixes well with cereal and oats unlike gold standard i find it to have no thickness when mixed up and not so sweet but is great quality so I switch between the 2 I have used dymatize 100 to that tastes great aswell

Personally I wasn’t keen on the impact whey I had 1 shake from each bag and gave it to a friend white chocolate and choc hazelnut I found it a little gritty , personally I like optimum nutrition /reflex / dymatize / bsn syntha 6 / you pay for what you get MP is very cheap which does make you question the quality of the product

2.2g per kg seems a little low ? I gauge 1.5g per lb I weigh 168lb and have around 250g a day

is there any light on injectable var what would be an adequate dosage and is there any trusted sites selling it?

99% of the gland was removed the surgeon left a little so that the nipple didn’t become inverted , masteron would be a good being anti estrogenic but i would favour primo if i can manage to get genuine primo. would i see good results from a dosage at 200mg-250mg test and 200-250mg mast a week split over 2 shots or 3 shots.
i have seen in Jordan’s video he mentioned mast doesn’t really have a place unless truly lean which is a condition i can i reach towards the end of prepMonday 200mg test and 200 mg mast and Friday 200mg test and 200 mg mast + 10/20mg nova each day.
or
Monday 130mg test + 130mg mast- Wednesday 130mg test Friday 130mg test + 130 mg mast. -
my condition is ok with the current weight increase I’m just a little soft , my weight has been at a dead stop for a couple of weeks but I feel ready to diet down in the next 4 weeks so I think ill drop the cardio and carry on at my current intake as I feel I have gained a good amount of muscle but I cant see much more going on as I have gained a fair amount of weight, thankyou 🙂

and as for being sedentary I’m actually very active I’m a mobile air conditioning engineer so I’m on my feet most of the day I return home and head to the gym , most training sessions are around an hour plus cardio I have been resting between sets for 60-90 seconds dependant on how I feel I’m recovering after each set as I want to be able to hit each set as heavy as possible with max effort.

I’m 5ft 7 I feel my metabolic rate has increased majorly and my body is much more efficient at using carbs since I finished my prep my last week before carb loading I was down to 1680kcal with my carb intake at 15g intra and 65g carbs pwo. now with every training session logged each week there has been progression with heavier lifts or extra reps with my main concentration aimed towards getting strong applying the progressive overload approach. my energy levels are good and I feel ready to hit every session as hard as i can. any advice is appreciated thankyou

basic tools , keep training hard keep mate and stay in calorie deficit , introduce cardio or increase cardio , increase neat energy levels.

It would be good to have some educated knowledge to have everythig set up to prevent it coming back the best I can.

I have been using the digestive enzyme by relex all there products across the board seem very good quality i suffered from heavy bloating now i dropped my fibre intake a liitleand using these its resolved my issue
