Hey guys , I have been alternating between HIIT and liss carrying out my HIIT seasions on rest days as I am unable to train cardio away from my weighted sessions due to work commitments , with my hiit sessions I favour the treadmill as I find I can reach max HR around 175/180 I have been doing 30 second working sets followed by a 30 second rest repeated 15 times with a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down out of interest how do you structure your hiit sessions ? .my loss sessions I have been carrying out on training days 20-30 minutes before I start my weighted session what would be the most effective heart rate to achieve when carrying out Liss ? I have a polar HR monitor so I can monitor closely .
