    BP would not concern me at all but letting blood with bring down HCT alongside TBJP vital support if not already taking.

    I do currently take tudca and nac but will swap for tbjp vital has there’s a few extra stuff in there.

    Correct me if im wrong but eq has more collagen synthesis than nandrolone so if the purpose is joints that should be covered althought some extra estrogen+water etc may ofc help if dry I think!

    Am not sure myself joints are feeling good at the moment but my shoulders can sometimes cause me issues and read about npp helping so was worth a try if bloods came back good or a way to escalate the cycle too.

    Hello,

    Hydration is key, make sure to track Sodium intake and get in Electrolytes

    Hydration hasn’t been perfect been hitting around 3l a day so will be making more effort to get this above 4l each day.
