You need to go through a doctor here to get it so I’m planning on getting it done out of pocket next trip. Was planning on doing basic E2 and prolactin. Not sure if I’d need progesterone too.

I had quad tendinitis that developed into tendinosis. I had tendon pain and couldn’t do anything for almost 5 years.
Now my squat is in the 400’s again.What I had to do was complete rest until the pain was no longer there at rest or crippling. From there I started with BW squats and added 5lbs every week or every other week. Being in a caloric surplus also helped tremendously. I started using Jello preworkout for the gelatin but in hindsight maybe it was just a placebo.

@hilly , you maybe able to chip in, does hcg increase how much you cum? Not sperm, just literally volume. The original poster has female partners who are not happy with how much he can produce

If they want more spunk on or in them then they may have some issues themselves. I’ve never met a woman who wants more spunk on or in them. If your a porn star then this could be an issue. Sperm count wise you would need to come off and do a pct and use hmg to increase sperm count.

Nothing wrong with them wanting more. Fortunately I just mess with some women who are very sexual and freaky.
Gonna go 2-3 days and see if that helps it but not willing to come off yet.

I’m curious if it would make a noticeable impact on tendons. Always had sketchy tendons and thought about trying 2iu/day.

The strength gains were incredible in hindsight. Didn’t put on a lot of weight but everything was solid.

I Like it but I would mix NPP and tren.
first 8 weeks – test, npp and mast
second 8 weeks test, tren and Mast
First 8 weeks – anadrol 50mg pre gym
second 8 weeks – SD 3 x a week pre gym

Thanks I think I’m going to do this and switch the Tren and NPP so that I’m not on Tren as I start my semester. Don’t want sides when I need to focus on studies

I wouldnt do tren for summer. No matter how the dosage is, but thats me. I would take primo instead. Test/Primo/npp in my opinion regarding health, it’s much better. Also the look primo creates phenomenal.
But i wouldnt do the cruise if you are going to end after 16 weeks.just drop everything except the test 2 weeks before you go off

Why do you not recommend Tren during the summer? The sweats?
I want to run primo but it’s so expensive. Like $70-$90 a week which doesn’t seem feasible

Looks pretty good. If you are going to go with ACE & NPP I would think why not prop for the test
Especially with the 4 break taking place just a few weeks after the test E would have reached peak blood levels
The plan was to inject EOD so I guess prop would make sense. I’ll probably end up doing that

To piggyback off what Adam said I personally do a Legs/Push/Pull. But your not deadlifting on pull days it seems so recovery shouldn’t be to much of an issue.

Finished my last hypertrophy block last week and managed to injure myself. I knew I should have taken it easy but my stubbornness wouldn’t let me. Felt something in my pec tear on the 3rd rep of 275 but still pushed for another and felt it pop. Haven’t been back to the gym since last week and skipped my 495×6 deadlift session.
Top lifts of this training block were:
Squat: 365×8
Bench: 245×9, 265×5
Deadlift: 475×6Top bodyweight was 185
