@Heckrules @rheagayle @BigNath Thanks for the encouragement! I booked the shows today and am locked in for it! Definitely feels like the right decision now I’ve done it (maybe not for my wallet hah)

@AMS-Muscle @MarcHector Thank you both, thats very reassuring. Yes I will aim to be done with fat loss at least a week out so I can peak slow and steady. Thank for the advice, I will rep the posing for sure as I’m not happy with how it looked either hah! Any specific advice on it (for classic)?

Ok well thats mildly terrifying hah. Do you think your previous yohimbine use had any long term affects on stubborn fat areas? like new blood vessels or something that meant they were never quite as stubborn again?

Took me a couple years to decide properly but I’m really not into Yohimbine at all and I’m same for Eca too . I don’t think either lend themselves to feeling good

I like clen , start it literally whenever , start low , don’t cycle it , just get it in use it as a tool like cal reduction and step increase

That’s my preference , which I’m not sayjnf is right / wrong , I just know I feel the absolute best like that

Ok great, thank you. I’ll still try yohimbine and synephrine / eca as I have no personal experience, but will start low and bin them off if I feel anxious or naff.

Have any of you put Testoviron or Rimobolan into a multi dose vial? I really want to do this, but when I did it with Organon Sust it went cloudy / stringy and got bacterial growth very quickly, about a week. I guess the amps don’t have antimicrobial stuff in them? I swabbed the vial top and was quick transferring it in from the amps so I dont know what happened. The multi dose vial was sent to me from my TRT provider too so should have been good.

@Jordan Peters @haider_no1@hotmail.com are you doing similarly high doses with TB-500 also? Thanks

Im interested in this too. Im running BPC and TB500 at the moment for a shoulder issue also. Sounds right from what I researched and is what im doing currently. But it would be great to see others weigh in.

    So you’d be doing 0.75mg / 750mcg a day. Split into 2x 0.375mg / 375mcg.

From what I could tell, people were doing 500-1000mcg/day in multiple doses.

Overwhelming advice on splitting, so I’m now splitting them up. Thanks. The most annoying bit is how quickly I fill up sharps bins!

For what its worth, I was mixing HCG and HGH, my testicular volume was maintained as was all the water retention in feet / wrists from GH. If I have lowered or removed either compound previously, those would have been affected.

@phoebegoodwin thanks Phoebe, yeah it would be great if my partner could compete in first timers, and myself as a novice at the same show.

@Kamaragraham-virginmedia.com ok yeah I will start prepping assuming the show will be mid may, and go from there.

Do either of you have any opinion on the class that would be best suited to my partner based on the photos I posted in reply to Allison? Thanks!

@allisontestuhotmail-fr thank you for the detailed reply. Photos of my partner (not wife yet πŸ˜‰ ) and me: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1skhAWF1uBvcs66t51vekq1miEfIOMUDv?usp=sharing

I had to put a link to google drive as I have lots of account issues on here. I cannot upload any photos or change my profile photo, i just get the error: “Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/bb_medias/2024/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

I also can’t get notificaitons for anything even if I tick enable email notifications. If anyone knows how to fix this, that would be very helpful!

@jrparker92 Thanks for sharing your experience, I’m glad it’s progressing for you now πŸ‘Œ

How exactly do you count set for chest, I also do one direct set for chest, if we count close grip presses for triceps and overhead for delts.

Now I no longer do both low and high incline in a session. my 4 rotations are:

    1. Low Incline DB Press, Lateral Raise.

    2. High Incline Smith Press, EZ Skull Crusher (lowering behind head)

    3. Shoulder Press DB, Narrow Tricep Press

    4. Reverse Grip Smith Press. Cable Lateral Raise, Tricep Extension.

This was how I first started my build phase with FB. I then tried to add volume and progress stalled. So, back to the lower volume. It seems extremely low volume, but my food and sleep are very consistent, bodyweight is slowly moving up, other muscles are progressing. So it is what it is.
