Wanted to let you know I’ve lowered the hcg from 2500iu mo/we/fri to 1250iu EOD.
Clomid is still in at 50 ED
and HMG/Menopur is at 75iu EOD
Sperm analysis has been postponed to the 9th of feb. Will post once I have it in.

Rest days yesterday and today
Not too much to report, by now you’ll know I like double rest days quite often. But Saturday was actually just cardio so making it a triple
Rest day from weights. Which is ok too!
My body always always thanks me for these days off. Even if I eat less, or off my plan. It doesn’t worry me. I know for a fact I’ll be so fired up tomorrow when I get back in the gym
Damn i wish i had a little of this mindset. Im so driven and i have to eat on plan, and i have to train 5 times a week etc. Sometimes i have more stress about all the boxes i have to tick that day.. But when the day is finished im happy that i left no stone unturned. ( so mixed feelings here, i need a little more Sasan in my life 😉 )

Haha its hard to find a good spot outside. When the sun isnt up yet , and your fasted and want to eat the firstmeal ?

With my second places Im qualified for another show in December. In 11 weeks. I think i want to compete at the show. And my shape is still very lean.
Recheck my bloods in 4 weeks. And push for another 7 weeks into the show?
Keeping it thight and lean this 4 weeks and drop the hammer again.
Kcal are up to
300/600/60 TD 5 days
300/200/90 NTD 2 days
Cycle 200 test E pw
Weight is 108.5 average. 0.5 less than the contest shape.Bloods all being well I see no reason not to do this. [/quote]
Thankyou @Hilly , i will keep you all posted.Calories are up, body weight goes down. Body looks harder and leaner now. Only on 200 mg Test a week. Maybe increase the food a little bit more.

Thankyou @Hilly ! I think i will bump my test from 100 to 200. What @Jordan_peters said.
Get my bloodwork back on track. And retest in 6 or 8 weeks.
Then i will (when bloodwork is good) bump it up with primo or mast.
Yes your right! The first rebound with food n training. And the second push hopefully with re-introducing the anabolics.
