Last offseason cycle was :600 test E 600 EQ 300 NPP
2x 10 iu insu pre and post training
100 mcg T4 pre bed
500 mg metformine pre bed
4 iu hgh UGPushed food really high to 7000 kcal a day. And i gained a lot of size with still a decent shape. Started prep at 132 kg.
Im more efficient yes, i have average genetics so i have to be perfect 200%. Sleep , training every box i try to be spot on. I just need the time to fill up this huge 6’5ft frame.
But want it to do it the healthy way possible

Your bloodwork looks great on trt+ ! Did you take some rest prior bloodwork ? It looks like your heavy training dont bother your liver values at all

Never seen them, but it’s defo possible they are legit , personally I would send one of these off to janoshik for testing before investing anything into them . But I defo know there are 20 iu bottles coming out of China , meditrope do an orange top that’s 22-24iu a bottle
Thankyou JP, is it possible to tell by blood markers if its real? Take blood work pre hgh use. After couple of weeks recheck the bloodwork. And see if thyroid/t4 is changed. Or change in fasting blood sugar ?

Nice mate sounds good. Tren will also help when kcals getting lower, or do you never have a decrease in apetite due to tren?

Motivating to see you still keep your strength at most of your lifsts during this prep fase. Kcals still pretty high I guess? Or is it the tren that plays a part with lower kcals?

I actually did 4 days rest
Started with legs off push pull off repeat but yes set up stays
You would’ve really needed it then!

Honestly I feel no need for an extra compound for gains when running test n npp.
I do like to add mast as a way of controlling estro n sides from the deca.
I just feel n look better with mast in n as do clients
Yeah hear this a lot lately. When blasting 500 Test E en 500 NPP pw cycle would 200mg Mast pw be efficient enough to counter the estrogen sides?

in regards to training I’ll always let @jordanpeters lead
he has an amazing approach and is always looking to improve on what is already proven to work. like me he just wants to get better
in regards to bro split.. My only reasoning to suggesting it would he when you are extremely beat up and recovery is tough.. Thats why I do a couple shows then switch for a short time and revert back to push pull once calories go back in
I was torn between aceto and Patrick Tour
but Jordan and the guys have always said to me go aceto so I thought listen to the team and see it happen. I’m just happy to learn and see others perspectives____________________________

Still Legs Rest Push Pull Rest repeat?
Did that myself for a while after you mentioned, was great! Way more recovery when I was off. Currently in a blast so doubting to stay on this split or just Legs Push Pull Rest repeat because obviously recovery is better/faster now..[/quote]
hey bro.. yeah i find on cycle i can manage 3 on 1 off . recovery is certainly up ???? current split is that even though I’m on Cruise. recovery is good as I’m pretty stationary at the moment with mum so not overdoing it in the days in terms of physical output

he doesn’t just flip what you do 180.. he adjusts and gradually changes depending on what he sees fit
I’ll be more in tune with him as time passes for sure. I’m 85% on point atm of the time at current with nutrition. believe me if I wasn’t in the current situation with mum it would be 100%
but atm I’m dealing with things in my own kinda way.food seems to be a friend in such times. I wouldn’t day I have a problem it’s more that I feel more relaxed if flexible and at this moment in time that is very important

You had such great off- and on-season this and last year. Giving your body and mind a rest is never a bad idea. Especially now with your loved ones. More in life then diet. You even still train and eat for 85% of diet. Those 15% wont hurt, almost sure you even gain on this in life. Take your time big man, big things will come your way with your work efford -
