    in regards to training I’ll always let @jordanpeters lead
    he has an amazing approach and is always looking to improve on what is already proven to work. like me he just wants to get better
    in regards to bro split.. My only reasoning to suggesting it would he when you are extremely beat up and recovery is tough.. Thats why I do a couple shows then switch for a short time and revert back to push pull once calories go back in
    I was torn between aceto and Patrick Tour
    but Jordan and the guys have always said to me go aceto so I thought listen to the team and see it happen. I’m just happy to learn and see others perspectives

    Whats the split currently?
    Still Legs Rest Push Pull Rest repeat?
    Did that myself for a while after you mentioned, was great! Way more recovery when I was off. Currently in a blast so doubting to stay on this split or just Legs Push Pull Rest repeat because obviously recovery is better/faster now..

    Dean, what is the point to get on a cycle again? Is it personal? In about a month to soon? Or is it ok because body does respont and functional again?

    Hi @drdeanstmart , have done your pct program.
    My cycle before was in total 9 months.
    12 weeks 500 test 400 deca ew
    Cruise 125 test e5d, till blood was ok
    10 weeks 500 test 400 deca
    2 weeks 250 test
    Then your protocol.
    So I can see everything so far in range but don’t know LH FSH good? Because it is pretty low.
    This blood was after the whole pct protocol not in between the clomid.

    Where in Florida mate? I live in Florida.

    Golds gym Orlando was bought out it is now call “Fitness CF” but same kit as before v good gym I would recommend if in that area

    We are in kissimmee, clearwater, fort meyers, naples, key largo, key marathon, miami.

    So we are 13 weeks out tomorrow

    cycle adjustment to follow this week and dietary adjustments made today

    very minimal just bringing rest day cals up slightly

    intro of 1 cup oats M1

    change 5% beef mince meals slightly by adding 1tbs olive oil to each also

    that’s it for now

    For fat loss?
    Potentially but in a low hormone environment, insulin sensitivity etc is greatly reduced so all comes back to how diet is setup in PCT

    For fat loss aswell as prevent muscle mass from breaking down.
    True, diet is key but does it help a bit for keeping mass? Or is that a myth

    Thanks! So loading set and back off set are the same weight? And when is the time to up the weight for both sets?
    Yeah I get really strong on those exercises now, almost 10lbs a week more. Just love leg days because I am always fully concentrated and motivated to give all. But it is a constant doubt in your head if you are doing enough to optimize leg growth. But yeah sometimes less=more so I will get back to 2 times a week and we’ll see.

    First off: admiring your passion and work drive mate. You are pushing it real hard and your focus is insane. Very inspirational.

    What is the purpose of the back off set? You always do the same weight as the loading set or cut weights?
    When I do a load set, and I am doing more than the week before in my head I need to push the weight up the second set.
    So almost every time my second set is more weight/less reps than the set before.
    Opinion?

    And I really want to bring my legs up, training them 3x a week now. Splitted in Quads/Hams/Legs total. Volume 18-20 sets a week. Recovery is still good. You think 3x is to much and better if training twice legs total? Or don’t mind as long as recovery is still good (in blast)?

    You recommend more then 2 weeks after a cycle to start pct (like 5/6, when bloods says so).
    But what if you used HCG during your cruise and kept it in your blast?
    Keep using your dosage or stop in your blast and start again when test is below 1 after blast
