    Hi Corinne,
That last leg video was insane, your 200kg squat was the highlight, truly inspirational. Do you choose not to have a spotter when squatting ??, is this in preparation for the PL meet.

I personally work a 3 shift rotation , earlies , afternoons and nights. For me the eating/nutrition isn’t a problem, food and amounts stay the same whatever shift.
The biggest challenge I find is training at different times of the day, some days I train on one meal, other days when on earlies i will train after 4 meals.
Hydration is also a factor when working and training on shifts. So energy levels can fluctuate.
If I train first thing I will have a high carb meal the night before, coffee on waking then an intra workout shake with carbs and protein.
Night shifts on prep can be tough because you are generally awake more and the days are longer so trying to keep food intake the same over a longer period isnt easy.
If you struggle to sleep on nights I would try and train on your days off with maybe one session while on nights.

    Hi Corinne.
Quick question about your current cal intake, your rest days are over a 1000 cals lower than leg days, do you reduce all macros to achieve this or is it purely carb manipulation.
Your training is so inspiring, some of the weights you are currently lifting is mind boggling and its incredible to watch. Fingers crossed for the Arnold invite.

    Hi Louis .
What’s your reasoning for coming off cycle buddy, how long had you blasted for. In the latest videos you seem bigger than ever so whatever you were doing was definitely working.

    Hi Jordan.
Had to go for a colonoscopy, they diagnosed the issue as crohn’s disease, just waiting for the biopsy results to confirm 100%. I have been on the medication for the last 4 weeks and to be honest I think I have gone in to remission as I’m feeling much better.
I certainly don’t think the superdrol helped and I have since come off everything as my cholesterol was 9.8 and i’ve also been put on statins.
The last 2 months have been a real eye opener , i’ve basically neglected my health for years and never had any bloods taken and now i’m paying the price.
I’m quite comfortable with the fact my competitive days are behind me and now I just want to be prioritise my health so I get to see my 6yr son grow up.

Asked Dr Dean the same question, he advised to stop taking finasteride due to the negatives massively outweighing the positives, it impacts negatively on strength and the central nervous system.
I’ve stopped taking it and come off all gear and my hair seems to be thickening up again.

Personally I would keep it off her radar, any difference of opinion or disagreement will be attributed to your PED usage.
I know this might sound harsh but in 5 years anything could have happened to your relationship and you would have wished you started sooner.
Being on gear and being off the radar can be done, I’ve managed for the last few years.

Thanks Hilly, I think i’ve made a massive mistake and dosed far too high. Got a hospital referral just to check everything but hopefully I havent done too much damage.
If it proves to be the superdrol I certainly won’t be going anywhere near them again.

Thanks for the advice Ryan, hopefully get booked in to the doctors early next week. Do you think fasting might help, especially if there is some inflammation in the area.
    Thanks again

Thanks Jordan, its fascinating that you feel so much difference at just 5lb heavier when you body weight is at 285lb. Cant wait to see the next phase of progression.

Hi Jordan, apologies for my ignorance but what is increlex , and realistically due to you being close to your maximum muscular potential how long would it take to add another 5lb of muscle.

What a great and very true observation, I love how tough everyone’s prep is nowadays, the fact is no one is forcing you to do this shit so if it’s so bad stay off the treadmill and get some carbs down you.
On my first prep I managed to cook 3kg of chicken breast and did 20 mile on the exercise bike at 3am in the morning, all while my wife was in labour upstairs. Something I have never been forgiven about either. Lol
