Will this be your last leg session before the show, if not how close to the show will you train legs. -
Hi louis, currently doing push, pull legs, had been flying and making some real strength gains, but over the last week or so the wheels have fallen off. Started my new cycle 10 days ago and was hoping to take things to the next level but my strength, mindset and general motivation has dropped significantly.
I’ve increased carbs as well but I am having some marriage problems, so sleep hasn’t been good neither has appetite. So not sure if it’s more of a mental issue rather than physical.Hi James, how do you feel your rest has been? Besides the sleep are you having enough days off the gym?

Hi Louis, in all honesty my rest is pretty shit, I find it hard staying out the gym. Trained every day so far this week , I know I should recover but my general mood proper suffers if I don’t train.
Maybe I should adapt to your approach and introduce an arm and calve day . Do you reckon 4 days training per week is optimal -

What’s the reasoning behind the arm day Louis, is it an area you you want to bring up or is it just a mental break from the usual split.

Dieting and competing has cost me my marriage mate, hang in there and focus your pain and hurt into becoming the best version of yourself. If your with someone who doesn’t understand your passion and drive then maybe it’s a blessing long term. Time is the biggest healer with this situation.

A tin of Low fat rice pudding, a bagel with banana and 2 scoops of whey isolate is my goto post workout meal. Even treat myself and add a teaspoon of jam to the rice pudding after legs .

Just started on
Test e 250mg
NPP 100mg
Primo 100mg
All every other day and
Superdrol 40mg every day .
Increased carbs to 400 daily so see what happens. Big pull session today. What you training -

Hi Jordon, just a quick question about your diet on rest days, what is the rationale behind the higher carbs before bed from the granola. Is this just to prevent the need to intake cals during the night or is it because you just enjoy granola ????.

Thanks Merlijn, think I may have got a little over excited on the amounts for the next blast, never used NPP but hearing a lot of positives, would that need to be injected every other day

Thanks for highlighting the grammatical error, it was a simple copy and paste error, but i’m sure you got the idea.
Currently 210lb, competed since 2013 and competed at national level. Kept compounds pretty simple so far but looking to change thing up a little, and seen many athletes using masteron and DHB now. So just looking for some knowledgeable feedback.
