    6 sets of lats , 4 sets of upper back , 1 shrug rest pause , 1 rear delt rest pause , 1 lower back hyper rest pause , 1 curl rest pause , 2 sets of stiff legs lower back focused no hip shift

    Dual prone lat pulldown ( will change this to single arm again as can’t get anymore weight pinned to the stack ) X 9 X 6

    Hey guys decent day today back to push a and it was better.

    I will continue to re asses as weeks go by, I think the volume will likely need to come down slightly in these but all will tell by the look and feel. For now we keep moving forward.
