well the Peppermint and bone broth are drinks. il have one bone broth per day which helps with digestion, immune function, collagen and more. The peppermint i will have 1 to 2 a day between meals to aid diegestion. Ginger i will chop into food or have as a hot drink whilst eating, again 1 to 2 x a day. This helps reduce gas production from protein. L glutamine i take every morning, again for digestion, immune support etc. Manuka i will take 20g with my pre or post workout meal. It has many anti bacterial and anti oxidant properties so i like to use it daily. In terms of when im off completely i won’t need things like tudca or atragflow as i should be clear of any anabolics.

Thanks mate! Do you think Apple cider vinegar and greens powders first thing helps with digestion?
And when you finish full PCT you will add more supplements or you will quit some?

hey, i personally hate apple cider vinegar, Its PH is acidic and may only help blood type As who have less acidic digestive systems, but even then there’s better products to use. Lglutamine at 10g, greens powders are good although i eat plenty of greens so don’t use them. I use peppermint, ginger, turmeric, best of bone broth and manuka honey as digestion tools. And obviously just eat foods i agree with which is the key to good digestion.

  • I’ve added Pepto due to reading DR Scott work and wanting to use a complete protein source. Some people cant handle it in large amounts hence why mine is only 10g serving with 15g EEAs

Which are the symptoms of people that can’t handle peptopro in large amounts?
