Hey Dean, I took oil of oregano, sage and thyme for 5 months to kill bad bacteria thinking that I had SIBO, but in reality I realized that I don’t have SIBO and now things are worse. I finished the treatment 1 month ago and now I have more gas and stomach pain( I never had stomach pain before). Any advice?

I have had a couple major ibs flare ups the last few days , I thought they would settle but I won’t start increasing cals until that inflammation is down , I will drop tren for npp too. I wanted to keep it in for a bit on the way up but it absolutely cripples my digestion that there is no point , will swap 700 tren for 1400 npp .

Hey Jordan, what it’s an ibs flare up? Which are your symptoms?

  • Hey mate, which it’s your current diet on training fats? And how did you know that you have UC? Which was your symptoms?

    Hi mate,
So my fat on training day is 40g.
I had a flare up last feb, basically I was going the toilet 10 times a day, it was watery and not very pleasant, also was bleeding (sorry for the graphic info).
Went the drs for the finger and then I got referred to the hospital for a camera and biopsy. After the samples they confirmed that is what I have. I have to go back every year just to keep an eye on things and make sure it’s not getter anything worse [/quote]
Hey man, which it’s your current diet meal by meal on training days? And how often you have colitis flare ups and how you manage it? Thanks ????

Juan – Yes Vanadyl Sulfate is 20% vanadium by weight so 5mg.
Very hard to say a minimum time but most are short half live so days apart.
Primate – Adjust the aromasin as necessary. YOu will need to be titre it slowly and monitor how bloodwork responds until its back in range.
KPF – IF there was some, I’d be very very rich. The best thing for PCT is truly remaining regimented and keeping on track to diet and obeying recovery. Fulvic Acid from Shilajit extract potentially but in all honesty its mindset.
Scott – I’m not sure on the exact page but if you read back through the log to September 2018 it will begin discussion there.
Roht – I would not supplement with potassium citrate unless you know there is an imbalance. Aim for the RDA of 4700mg but be mindful there is a balance to Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium which needs to be kept regulated.

Hey JP, why you don’t add more hydrowhey to the MPS max like you did it before? It’s overkill?
