Notice on the tricep press , you can see reps 3-4-5 the way the forearm folds more onto the upper arm compared to the chest press , it’s subtle , but that + the profile adjustment ( which I flattened out a touch on the tricep today ) , allows for max tricep recruitment
I need to get the second loading point on my Atlantis shoulder , you can see the video , the lockout is silly , when it’s that much of a disparity from bottom to top , it’s just a shit profile , but the handles and arm path are just incredible , so that second loading arm to flatten the profile will be ideal , I had that added to the one in the shed
Legs tmo and I need to adjust the order to keep my knees happy , I’m also not warming up for an hour across 2 movements because of the loading , so will address that tmo

Great lower session for me today : my knee has been giving me problems last few sessions but today I was back on track with it which was nice , still had to be careful but I’m happy

Just ticking along , I will try to keep this updated as much as I can but I am still extremely disconnected tbh from wanting to share , for the first time since I have ever started this stuff , I literally have just zero interest sharing anything I’m doing , and I’m forcing myself to do it . If I had my way. You wouldn’t see or hear from me in any way at all on here or IG until it was comp day and then you wouldn’t hear from me again until I compete after that , as my relationship with Instagram bodybuilding is defo coming an end , it’s defo too much for me , because I just love bodybuilding and it’s draining me so much having so much interaction with , basically fucktards

Jaun it’s a lat pull , bottom of the movement is a completely normal front plane pulldown , start position is slightly sagital plane .
I lift with zero active scapula retraction . The piece would actually feel shit trying to do an upper back row / pulldown on

Ooosh , so I felt so much fresher today , so I’m absolutely not going to pass up on the frequency Opportunity, so full upper today , this means I get to hit everything again at 3 sleeps vs 5 , and my back work really isn’t too dissimilar to 5 sleep anyways , so that’s obv a game changer in the rate I can regain that tissue as it’s nearly twice as often. This is what confuses me so much with peoples hesitancy to do higher frequency work when they are super under muscled , because the more often you do something the faster you change , but hey , I say it often that I won’t try to understand how people think
Granite chest press x 4 ( dropped this right to lower end of range again ) , it’s now 9 plates a side lol , it’s gonna be a scrap to build the reps back to 7-8 , but it’s doable I feel
Prime shoulder x 5 , just a biscuit progress
Granite tricep x 6 , up a rep and a bit of weight
Prime dip x 7 , big weight increase
Single arm pec dec x 10 , biscuit + 1

Cybex eagle lat row dual arm x 10 x 8 x 7 , I’m gonna to hammer the life out of this piece as it just feels spot on for me , big rep and weight increases today

Legs tmo and I will stiff leg at the start , I have to single leg press and single leg ext for a bit longer until my left knee is safe , but I can still get complete full stimulus work , it’s not rehab , I just defo can’t risk dual leg loading , I need complete control of just the one side and focusing on the knee joint to make sure I’m ok
I would love to creep in a second set of pec dec to the above , I feel like that would help a lot , so will see it that’s feasible , that’s the only addition I’m looking for really , but if I can’t get it , it’s no biggie

That’s awesome you had the torque arm modifications done to your Xpload chest press. I think we were talking about about that in your forum here about a year ago.
I have the set of original Nautilus Xpload Chest, Incline, Shoulder, Pulldown, and Row. By chance do you have a contact at Nytramm that may be able to assist with creating the modified torque arms? I would like to outfit my pieces with them if possible.

New low today 232 and surpassed my last years condition, I will pull gh 2 weeks out as I do hold a chunk of water with it so that will see me pull a chunk more detail through, I am pretty much almost ready now so it’s a case of digging a little more then being able to peak for last 10 days ish
Legs today dropped a rep on hack ( one rep since 9/10 weeks with same load is good )
Other than that upheld performance across all lifts so I’m pleased
