    Ok thanks Kuba

I definitely don’t have 90 mins before training unfortunately.

I wake at 3.45 a.m and am training by 4.10 a.m. (gym is 9 mins from home)

I would like to be able to get a meal / shake down before training but am limited by time.

I am aware I could wake up earlier but the other end of the day has some life pressures that mean bed time cannot be brought forward.

What kind of % difference in progress do you think it would make not being able to get a shake in before?

I would be ok to have the shake upon waking and am happy to train whilst digesting but does it defiet the purpose if it not fully digested before starting ?

The hydration / carb / amino is no problem

I’d have a serving of MPS Max and plenty of water on wake, then sip your carbohydrate drink on the way to the gym and during training. I would then have a whole food meal post training as soon as you feel ready to eat.

I’d distribute your protein equally across all meals throughout the day and make sure the last meal of the day, the evening before a training day, is carb heavy.

Ok kinda what I do now anyway.

Apart from the high carb last meal (only due to current diet phase)

    Great !

    Thanks guys.

That’s what I have done previously also, just seeing what others may do and for what reason. Does seem to be the general consensus. I will say that possibly my increases are a little slow comparably.

I tend to do 4 week blocks but I am seeing increaes every 2-3 weeks for some others.

Maybe I could bridge the gap and not jump up as dramatically ?

I tend to increase every 6-8 weeks -i see no point in every 2-4 weeks – it takes 3-4 weeks for hormones to adjust to the new level and then re balance out[/quote]

Ok, thanks mate. That seems much easier to manage.

I always prefer to start lower and come up slowly but again it depends

I do this as I run my cycle for longer and keep total dose lower so just depends on timeline you are planning

Short timeline – no time to climb
    Long timeline titrate up slowly

    Thanks Kuba !

Thoughts on increase stages for a 16-20 weeks – every 2 weeks or 4 weeks ? I realise this would be based on feeling/bloodwork/side effects but from experience what have guys seen as a general process ?
