Pros: shitload of health benefits, cons: none
Just my personal opinion but if you look up a couple studies about it you will see it’s literally one of the best beta blockers.

Nebivolol and telmisartan (or lisinopril) are studied and approved medications to let the heart shrink back to some extent and help to regain some heart health back. Just saying so you can talk about it with your cardiologist, in case you are not taking these two already.

Better choice in my opionion is nebivolol low dosed, lets say 1,25mg to 2,5mg daily will be sufficent and also will not limit your training capacity! You should talk to your doc to change the medication to nebivolol if you ask me, i highly recommend it over any other beta blocker.

I didnt say its working for everyone. As with everything in this sport you gotta try if that works for you or not. And its not causing tendinitis if it feels good to fully supplinate.

Supplinate grip will train the bicep peak the most. You usually have to lower the weight used since thats where people generally are the weakest, but its also hit the peak the most. Supplinate grip is when fully flexed your little finger almost touches your front delt.

Right, I agree to what has been said
I always take into consideration that people tend to drink coffee, diet coke or pre workout booster with either caffein or other stims and they usually flush electrolytes a lot more than a water can. -
Anavar can raise your heart rate a little, but looks fine to me. If too concerned to some Cardio as Clare said.
-
Only blood work can tell where his electrolytes are at. Some need to add them, some dont. Its very individual imo
-
By drinking more water you will also lose more electrolytes so make sure to get your magensium, sodium, potassium in when people tell you to Drink more water. Otherwise youre just flushing all the good stuff right away by drinking more which in the end will make your blood pressure even worse than better

Hasnt trained in 2 years but hopped on 500mg right away? Not that smart imo. Not judging or anything, but I think handling both at the same time, hopping on a decent amount of gear and also starting intense Training after years of just starting on his ass might just be too much.
-
Why would you bin it? Its very likely good to go, if it has 95% potency or even 80% who cares, just increase the dose a little and youre safe. Lets say you usually take 300mg a week then just ramp it up to 350mg while using the old batch.

160mcg is a ridicolous high amount buddy. Im pretty sure its not real 160mcg.
-
Why would you lower egfr? If youre talking about lowering creatinine so that youre elevating egfr then a few days off Training and also off creatin supplementation usually gets the job done.

Thats like 2-3 tabs a week?!
