    With 75mg aromasin a week while using only 300mg test you will very likely kill your estrogen buddy.

    Their NPP is good and even expired vials are still good to go. Have a look at the oil if you see anything, if its clear then its good to go. It can lose some potency but just very little just like any other medication but thats about it.

    I prefer to do both e2d, i believe that less injections also mean less scar tissue in the long run. But to answer your question if you like your approach then keep going, there is nothing wrong with it

    Why not go with 4 spots? Like left and right thights and also both shoulders? Breaking it down to 3 injections a week with 4 spots gives you 9 days before reusing the same inj spot, which is fine personally.

    Imho a diastolic of 60 or below is very very rare and in most cases caused by an inaccurate reading.

    I personally wouldnt touch it due to post finasterid syndrome. Rarely happens but when it does you wish you rather lost your hair.

    That systolic is still considered high. Keep in mind elevated blood pressure and lifting heavy weights can lead to LVH, dystolic disfunction and by that causing a weakened heart. I wouldnt risk that.

    Imho a touch too much volume in my opinion. I personally would aim for 10-12 working sets and work up from there or even keep it going with just 12 working sets. What I mean is for example push: you do 4 heavy push exercises, 2 lateral variatons including a drop set that also taxes Regeneration a lot and you do 6 sets for tricpes if we count close grip bench press to it. Imho thats too much.
    I would aim for 3 heavy push exercises at most and at the same time more sets for triceps do not always mean more growth, i think thats too much work in there for proper recovery and also hinders progressive overloading.

    I would also do everything chest supported within my pull sessions if im going all in lower back wise on leg days. It will sooner or later screw your lower back strength and then your progression stalls or it doesnt feel good with certain exercises like bb row, etc.

    Split that 150mg trt dose up into 50mg each on mo/we/fr and then recheck your estradiol via blood work. Its very likely u dont need any AI at all.

    Im using older SIS NPP batches as well as the newer pharmaqoo batches and ive never had any bad experiences with it. Instead id rate them very high and they do make great, reliable stuff. Never had pip with their 100mg npp.

    Throw in 5mg lisinopril or 40mg Telmisartan. Long term its way better to be close to 120/80 or under than 130/80 or above. Studies have shown that. Especially for heart and kidneys a normal blood pressure is the main thing to look for. Just saying. Theres nothing bad with using an ace inhibitor or angiotensin receptor blocker especially if u reach a certain body weight they bring plenty of positive effects with them besides the blood lowering effect. They are also cardio- and nephroprotective, two main concerns of bodybuilders and powerlifters pushing their weight up for years.
    Again, this is just my personal opinion and I agree with the argument that it is always better to aim for a natural or dietary solution to bring bp back down. But for some guys, when reaching a specific bodyweight, theres is just no more option left to change or control and they might need to start a low dose bp medication if they want to keep pushing into new territory.

    Tbf he does say to eat in a surplus but by much smaller amounts than the big guys would probably need to see a difference. However for his audience it might make more sense than a 280 guy wanting to get to 300. He also does like a bit of controversy for clicks.

    Tbh though when I hear Fouad and Ian talk about this I don’t think either party is really disagreeing a lot it’s just that they are so much bigger that their surplus needs to be much more than 100-200 calories per day.

    This. Maingaining means to be in a very slight calorie surplus. Its just another desciription of lean bulking.

    Have This as well, right before i Fall asleep. But Not on a daily basis, it happens sporadic.
