I would wait till post pct + another 6 weeks. Sperms need 3 months as far as I know, so getting the sperm test done right after pct it will very likely come back negative.

Both Dutasterid and finasterid can cause post finasterid syndrom which makes you feel like shit forever. I wouldnt touch it and rather get a simple hair transplant.

Post finasterid syndrom is what scares me about this thing. I prefer hair transplant over finasterid bc it literally has zero negative effects if you compare these two options. Well the transplant costs a lot for sure but thats pretty much the only negative thing i see

Taking another day or two off as rest day can be beneficial as well as a deload.

I personally would stick to 2 rotations instead of 3. Depends on your training experience if you ask me.

i only use deca (never npp) and see no extra water retention… ansolutely agree with jp that it doesn matter which esther u have
No extra water retention to what? test only? In what intervals do you inject it? I was thinking of avoiding the high spikes by going e2d.
actual 200mg test/week, 700mg deca/week. MWF pinning
Very interesting! I am aiming at going roughly the same route: keeping test as a base at 150-200 mg/week and having nandrolone at higher levels. What is your experience so far? What did you use previously? How is low test high deca compared to, say, test only? Thank you very much for your input
my last cycle was 500mg test and 300mg deca per week. right now i feel very good with low test/high deca. progress all the way, less water retention than on higher test cycle and dont have to use an AI anymore (with 500test i needed 4mg arimidex per week). so right now i am very pleased with that. and no lipido problems or any other side effects at all.[/quote]
How about blood pressure and rhr? Mine tends to rise more with NPP than with the same dose of Test. Sadly. -
I prefer 2 rotations as well

Both are legit. Zphc from my perspective offers a little more quality, but also costs more. Either way they are both good to go.

Have you tried doing more Cardio? By either more intensity or just doing it a little longer? Like let’s say 4 times a week for 30 minutes instead of just 20 minutes?
