    And one more question.

When to add the cardio? After the workout or away from the workouts?

Have you compared visuals at all? Is there any change in these?
When was your last deload? – Doesn’t sound like you need one if your still progressing, but I’m interested to hear.

The next changes I would make would be to output, I’d likely add in some steady state cardio (3×20) and bump steps to 12k.

    Hi Kerry,

thank you for your reply. My last deload was 3 weeks ago so i think i am fine on this point.

Visuals changed not much in the last 2 weeks i would say.

I will bump steps up and add cardio like you said.

Short update from the cut and i need your help again.

I am 6kg down now so bodyweight is at 88kg at the moment but it stall since 1.5 weeks.

Calories on training days are on 2.650 and rest days 2.500.

Steps still on 10k per day.

Training performance is still good and progressions sometimes come here and there.

Training 4 times a week (Push, Pull+Hams, rest, rest Upper, Legs, rest)

Would to do now? Increase steps and start to add cardio?

    Thank you.

Hey Adam, how are you progressing in your sessions so far? As you have a lot of sets and different exercises in one session, specially in the upper.

2800 is too low , start at 3200 , move a little more , get the initial drop from that then go 3000 move a little more again etc

Thank you Jordan. I will start from there.

I tried to upload some physique shots but it is not working due some error.

Some facts about me, Natty 184cm, train for 8 years, started with 60kg.

Offseason weight around 95 kg atm. Lowest weight last prep 2022 80 kg.

    Thanks Luis.

Any other opinions? How volume looks? Is it too much Push work?

    Thank you.
