Rest day. Nothing to report. Usual things. Was a beautiful and calm day. So sunny. Tomorrow delts and booty. X

TD and was okay. Up on legs press quads focused. No yet on hiptrust tho! Same load as last week few more reps and better control. 120kg. Was sweaty. Rest same cardio, posing which feel defo confident rn, lpf, prepp, Coaching, then try to get involved my mama with some liss cardio… diet etc… ahah let’s see but seems already some small changes in diet lol and 30 min bike each day! … time w dad too ❤ and working as usual. X tmrw rest and probably walking to the beach ? for my steps!!

Ready for legs tmrw. Was rest day. Same routine. Working. Coaching consultation. Some 1:1 live too. Some editing. Prepping some meals. Walking on the beach this evening for my steps ?. Keep working x

Upper day. Keep progressing on my shoulder press so was a great one. back was good too however yes my weakness is delts back is the strongest and dominant… so I m hitting always back in the end of the session. Ofc same morning routine, some food shopping… clothes shopping too. Time w dad and mama ❤ and working.
Tmrw is a national holiday here, so forced rest day!! Thursday legs.

Legs day. Okaysh. Increasing on the glutes driver and get stuck on it coz I m too short lol. I would need a spotter ahah today I found one! So I was up on 5kg but next session it’s out from my plan this is frustrating eh so let’s do bb trust (?) with all variations. On the legs extension machine never felt okay that movement… hypertension back extension same I m too short! But ohhhh. That is fine I m performing all over booty exercises and so should be fine. Try out the Smith next one just to see if possible in that gym set up! … was successful tday I went up and felt strong! This week I should train differently as Wednesday everything is closed, gyms too. ? uhmm no sure I like this here!! So tomorrow delts and back and Thursday legs and booty, Saturday delts and booty.

Rest day. Usual cardio posing and lpf some quick mobility (eheh say to myself)
Prepping food and working working. Steps to the beach! Was lovely.
Then oh yeah I just visited my mum, give her a massage,some make up on her, her lash& eyebrows some others small things … I prepped her to go out ?. She will start some cardio tmrw as well! On my bike lol.
Now keep working. My leg is almost healed from the mysterious insect bite, look better. Ready to hit legs tmrw. Feel stress free here, it’s peaceful around and you can sleep like a baby. Tuesday probably a deep massage tissue let’s see. Grrr hopefully my driving licence is here.

Training day. Booty and delts. So hip HINGE, bridge, knees movement+ lateral raise cable/shoulder press/db raise front and side and rear. That’s all. PB on my hip trust, nice db stiff legs.. need to go up but was ages I didn’t this so 28kg each side today only. My max was 32.5kg.
I m hitting booty 3 times by week, delts, quads and hammies twice, back once only. Training mon/wed/thu/sat
Let’s see how the recovery goes.
My inflammation on my leg seems okay after antihistamine and hydrocortisone. Yesssss. Still didn’t understand why this? How? Ahah
Tmrw check ins for my team, myself then working. At some point I ll go to the beach!

NTD usual things and lot working so being exxxtra productive was mad today and i m happy like this, bit crazy about food shopping till I don’t get my driving licence ? and here shops aren’t open 24/7 lol close at lunch time ? getting used to it I m ordering as much as possible online however they need to find the place tho to deliver my goods! …? desert island vibes. then some weird insects hit my legs so it’s inflamed getting paranoid so antihistamine and hydrocortisone! v ugly!
A part these. . Small details I m v happy and feel ready for the gym tmrw new session delts and booty. Hopefully my inflammation go away asap.

So everything going well and I just enjoy that simple things! fam and obsly keep working. My new plan is going on. Training still progressing and new gyms are really good. Very happy to enjoy my family rn was long time I didn’t so it is feel weird. I need to get used! They are v supportive w my training and my bb lifestyle. ❤?? it’s really hot here ?

NTD cardio, stretching twice kind of , lpf and posing. 2nd stretching was on the beach and was lovely and hit my afternoon walk. Rest of day just working working working
And 1hr with my mum while I was prepping! Tomorrow delts and quads in my favo gym so far!! Still waiting my driving licence tho.. and I don’t know how many things currently I m waiting ahah ?

So legs day and new gym. Verdict. Was awesome machines wise however not completely my vibes. wasn’t so old school kind of, sure bodybuilding yes but all new all perfect clean ahah not my favo. So I ll switch between them depends dayssss anyway. Hit new number on rdl and hammies/quads isolation. Booty on glutes driver I didn’t feel it but was the first time on that machine! Probably I ll feel it tmrw which is moms birthday and rest, see my physio which is a doctor (fam❤) order blood test w some control just to see hormonal panel etc etc…
