    Damn today was so a roller coaster… I think that my HR tday was peaking up lot ?

    I was very happy exciting things job related then I turn up in a weird moody thing ? and my gym session was follow that kind hardcore (okay relatively to me) so climbing up everywhere on almost every exercise. ??❤ Legs press my strength is so good rn!! 300kg kind easy. Laughing at the gym with ppl was so good!!!

    I think that my fitness hr was so challenged tday …I think that is an hormonal thing lol with assistance etc, combined with packing moving!! … and others things which very exciting but ohh too much of an extreme or another is always too much.

    I know that it’s kind normality for me… I like that and in this way! I wouldn’t change that ahah I think that I worked my booty off at the gym and literally … at work too so worth it!!

    Now working and waiting guys that should peak up my last 2 boxes ?

    NTD same routine with more workload zoom meeting, checking and making packing boxes. I m Sending others stuff and my scale so I ll keep going last days with just the visual for my checkins! Actually my scale is not all globe trotter friendly. It is a tanita sooo old I bought long time ago when I started my journey lol to calculate my water intake and bodyfat ahah so unworthy that … however I was already obsessed btw Hope not boxes anymore! ? for this year. Just suitcases and minimalist lifestyle!!! Only bikini! ??

    (I need to buy a scale in ?? then… lol)

    What else well now I m posing with strapless shoes that yeah it’s a big change!

    Mental health project is going on, working working on my coaching lot and I m so proud and really happy about my girls ??

    Wow. Beautiful day. At the gym omg I m still realising that I got friends now there ❤??I will miss them soooo much! I ll back with more gains lol. Brasilian booty on the way!!
    Okay … delts & should day progress here and there. Quads ahah I was dying so pleased

    Than I just chatted with my friends about quads lol not just that before go to the beauty treats… ideally should be 3 weeks before vaccine ? being naughty here (…)
    So was ages I didn’t take the tube lol exotic things … lot of ppl drunk and under drugs BEAUTIFUL THINGS

    What else I eat all my meals on time despite my day bit frenetic so bringing Tupperware w me

    I m working on a the mental health project and it’s very interesting. I m a tester. ? open my eyes on so many things.. I admit that my way to communicate is an aggressive one call it harsh whatever I say what I think and literally not care about how my audience can perceive it… I m not bad or something I just maybe too direct and not sugar coating not diplomatic at alllllll…the assertive way seems more effective but ohhh still learning, then was about relationships etc even there?..
    Oh loving this tbh. More there is a module for health and fitness too clearly explained w the basic well done…it’s a project with NHS and a charity organisation. Too good!!

    The Astra Zenica one pal. Feel OK but I’ve literally just got hot, like Tren hot, and my nose is running. Took some cold and flu. The wife had it too, she’s OK, slight headache. I’ll post back in a day with an update so that all you young people know what to expect ?

    Had same and I felt bad for 4hrs the day after. 1st shot. I used steroids the day before. Tbh I did not think about it. Because already full of bs around astra and you can get easily paranoid. I tried to call the number of manufacturer to get some info but unsuccessfully busy line. There’s a number of the paper with vaccine card and even a general guidelines about it. If you have doubts call a nurse, etc.. of course!! I m not sure if they could give an answer to you bc it is not maybe enough tested?! I mean I m far from an expert but I think defo the media are making ppl fear this vaccine. Me included?! looking forward to my 2nd shot in a week time ahah.

    Such a nice day. WhatsApp call w friends ? and family!! Either than that! Same routine and obsession with my quads ahah

    Fasted walk & Iceland frozen veggies shopping, POSING and low pressure fitness. Prepping and working.

    Working working working and some convo here and there. Now I got a date for the travel to ??, and I have an idea about logistics ✈❤ long journey! Exciting! Already did 13hrs flying to HK but ohhh it’s going to be 23hrs ? I need to think about food the first thing to think about…. like a suitcase only for Tupperwares!!!! Ahah I mean I ll be fine!! ??

    I think that many feel slightly anxiety to come back to the gym. Or to change routine. So it is kind of human feeling. As stress! It’s part of life. Then if chronic is different. Now you are just too busy and everything is fitted in your day and to me it’s normal feeling overwhelmed. Who doesn’t? People with big goals keep working hard and they are under stress everyday! They have 10 meeting one after another. They don’t chill!! Stress is being outside of comfort zone. Progress. However For anxiety breathing and think rationally with calm can help. Think about your why = your baby! Hope that it’s help. X

    Take your time. Already sharing here will help. It’s not easy you need some time…

    But Ask to yourself why are you training? Is it something that keep you strong and healthy? Training Make you to switch off as well and relise everyday stress, you can listen some music and even the social aspect of it..

    You should be in the zone to do so, enjoy it be present when you are training so maybe you need sometimes off and it will be more helpful. Not right not wrong here.

    Do just what you feel right.

    Ps: No one is perfect and hopefully I would say. ❤

    It’s not one size fits all, some will work great with a coach and others won’t. Often at his level the lower end athletes get alot less time and the elite will get almost all of his time as they are the advertising tool that brings more clients and money. Finding a coach that provides everyone with the same level of service is tough, personally I wouldn’t go with any of the so called big coaches as I know I would be bottom of the pile.

    Check 117lb and visually fluffy..no change yet in diet etc. Today was TD back booty hams and Nothing extra lol. Back strong, sumo was nice and keep increasing on leg press wide stance today! Lying curls well stuck here so I go on high reps much more than before. Rdl snatch grip stuck too ? .. just second time all rota in a gym environment next one 3rd must be a jump on!! ??❤it will be.

    I want a pt so badly bc I m not happy w my legs at all eheh I need to do something asap. I mean I m not aiming to wellness quads but at least something that looks like quads no ? booty is okay as wellness tho! ? I try to manifest my goals obsly I m working on no just talking about lol.

    Tday is also checking days for my team and so we are working.

    Ntd same stuff. More washing &cleaning. Lately lol was a mess w moving! Feel much better when everything is in order and clean!! And You know I need to prep other boxes…lol. we are almost there! Tbh I m not looking forward to vaccine day ? which is a scheduled rest day now I would hit the gym the day after ideally and the day after Heathrow✈ and the day after gym in ?? and my morning walking on the ?…. but oh who knows??? Everything planned!! however as always work work and work tday. And self care! Try to rest as much as possible. Upper body is ko!!! Tomorrow gym day ❤ booty day.

    You can add to Cor some fats to make digestion slower. As nuts/seeds/butter or veggies. Or you can have whole brown rice cake or whole grains bread or something like that. However If you have breaky at 9am and train at 11am you want something to digest easy!?

    I don’t know why you dislike oats, personally I think they aren’t for everyone tummy. Better COR or white rice or baby rice. Anyway if it is not a digestion issue there’s lot of flavoured baby oats around. Scitec, Yamamoto, etc

    Or you can make a protein pancake with a carb mix in!! Hope that gives some ideas

    I cook chicken (in bulk) in oven and I frozen cooked. Already portioned. Same as thai rice I cook a lot and I frozen. Without rice cooker. White fish I keep it in the fridge just 2days but it take 5min to grill it. Eggs white omelette, frozen greens all by microwave. Cream of rice is the easiest thing ever. I just seasoning literally everything with organic cinnamon and good quality Himalayan pink salt. Acv on spinach sometimes. I like simple and to me is still tasty.
