    Legs day. Was okay. I go up in few things so v happy. Upper still in sore. ?

    Anyway I can not wait to arrive in San Paulo as I ll have a PT all time bc I m truly frustrated … delts & quads obsessed. Booty is better now but yeah never is enough! Ahah … seems so far! However 14days left!! Nice atmosphere in the gym ❤ as always!! Damn I truly love MW.

    Jumped on the scale was about 117lb so up but this is also assistance matter.

    Now I m about 2 weeks on. I will 10/12 weeks and then off. I don’t know when I want to compete really… very confused but I want improvement all over and don’t rush things bc yeah I compete because I m training not the other way around.

    More I m on assistance and it’s purely my choice very individual. I m not the average person lol I do bc It can really help me not just to get a bigger booty ? but to make me stronger as I have since I was young osteoporosis lol. I m sharing this just as reminder we are not just what we look like. The cover I mean.

    however mixed emotions about flying away ? I will miss Muscleswork.

    On another note doms are everywhere my biceps (?), booty and hammies. Quads nothing never they never show up lol. Double curcumin dose before bed.

    Tmrw is legs day and I can’t wait

    It’s a great experience being coached. Worth a try at least once in life. It can be an investment, not just purely on the physically outcome. However if you are disciplined you can manage to make improvements in your own and learning by yourself and by mistake. Here lot of information.

    When I look for a coach I don’t look just results, it’s about value, personality as well etc… you can ask to their past and current clients feedbacks. Personally I don’t mind where they studied but you can look to their network and that give you an idea of their standard too.

    Few things going forward! Yummy bit upset lately I don’t know if stress, hormones, … better than yday but still. Keep working.

    NTD waking up weird omg no need coffee really I wake up hyperactive. However doms are there upper booty thanks to the new machine in the gym. Now My new fave! Usual things with new meetings to schedule etc… try to understand travel matter… how much messy info around ??? rest day was needed ahah

    booty and back day. On hammies strength is not where i would should… booty work better on high volume w me ? and was a joy!! Eheh defo back is always okkkay. Love training back.

    Sunny day lovely. Lot of work and usual stuff around. Ah yes, I ll study something I ll update here but ohhh very excited about. ??❤ and now try to understand Italy > Brazil dates and tickets

    115.8 lbs finally up. Ahah sometimes we celebrate a jump up on the scale as well. Busy weekend. And yeah all frustrating things pushed me to find solutions here and there ✌? so quite happy. My training is going to keep going in the gym in ?? as well without interruptions!! Gyms there open to public on 1st June but I m joining a gym as a pro with the professional card etc etc… straight the day after my flight. Was so stressed about lol. Despite having my beautiful ?home gym but ohhh I want more. Even I m going there purely for my family tbh. I would fly straight to ?? lol anyway not from here uk bc we aren’t allowed ? that £5000 fine omg what is this (….) but the worldwide mess and pandemic, ppl lost ppl ?… Oscar’s post about his mama make me think too much….

    Very productive day between Coaching, the mental health project, and usual routine. Tomorrow gym day! ??

    Yes but I’m getting better in the gym so I thought maybe I should ride that wave as long as possible

    I hit pbs 2weeks out when I m prepping and in deficit. So I don’t see increasing strength as only indicator. Visually you are pretty lean. In order to grow you need extra fuel. I m sure that some Athletes will jump here to give their opinions and share.

    ? so happens to many. Go forward. Get back to your usual routine and structure. My suggestion: go for high volume food like veggies that keep you full, drink lot of water and add to your diet some treats in moderation. Don’t feel upset about it because after a restrictive diet is common specially for first timer. Don’t bank calories…what is done is done. Already posting it means that you are aware.

    Legs was nasty. Lovely ❤. Ahah life is getting stressful and so I just go hardcore (relatively to a bikini lol). Tbh as i saw results from my home gym I m scared of the switch to the gym machines. How silly?

    I maybe appreciate the panatta master glutes machine and the hiptruster. But yes defo nah legs press. More grrrr I avoid the frustrating thing covid related ? …

    No happy about the rest due to vaccine…lol. and all things around make things trickier. Yes it’s kind over complaining here sorry for the bad vibes. I m using that to work harder, as fuel. If we can’t change world we change how we react to things. A lil rant here. ?

    Very moody day. However I did my best work and training related. It Was a productive one.
