    NTD fast walk, posing, lpf, mobility, prepping, working, working…. and then another walk. Some shops, some whatapping and still working. Weekend are the busiest days.

    Tomorrow is legs ? ohhh time go so fast! 20 days out!! Oh Almost there.

    bromelain which is in pineapple is known to help with digestion. Personally I would buy fresh pineapple. You can frozen it too. (I don’t think that it’s so bad eat from a tin tho! But yeah without so many additional chemicals added sugar etc) There are bromelain supplements as well. If can improve digestion why not, more if you like pineapple..

    Wow. Your back look great!!

    So wash with a basic salicylic acid, do some clay mask. Ppl here suggest sunbed. personally I would dm a tan professional on ig and ask them they know better. You can dm kompakwomen too. Wash with sanex 0. Don’t go aggressive with scrubs etc but yeah anyway to prep your skin before the tan show some scrubbing is recommended so go for something for delicate sensitive skin.     budget dependent. Converse, vans, boxing shoes, or atomix, vibram or powerlifting kind of. Personally I like my converse.

    TD fasted walk, posing, lpf, prepping, working and delts+quads this afternoon.

    Felt really easy shoulder press. So pleased here. I can’t say same on legs extension and legs press ahah. Lot of work to do here.

    Always magic atmosphere in the gym. Yes now I like early afternoon 3 meals in before training. I m hungry lately and I need fuel ? eheh


    Looking back 2years ago I was soooo skinny … oh I defo changed a lot since. Well my quads still spaghetti LOL I was thinking that I need a wellness approach to my training so go to high volume on legs….as I did for my booty. so tday I was looking to my program closely because I may change the structure. X yday started my 2nd my cycle too.

    Hi. So just few things however I m sure that guys following with further advice. I don’t see why there is a refeed IMO I would take it off no need unless a mental need adherence matter refeed or free meal?!, you jumped on 45 minutes cardio straight away better gradually and I would not rely on burned calories. Too much too soon. You will get there. Athletes and educators will give you better advice 🙂

    Booty update ? now look like i lift something OMG I was really happy to see a shape this morning and was almost only #lockdowngains with my deep not groove for hiptrust at all! Eheh Tbh I felt no hope in gains. HOPELESS and I officially hate hiptrust. My quads still spaghetti tho! And etc.. only my posterior chain looks like alive. My back is crazy and lats very happy with. In front nothing happens. Delts must be improved. Maybe going to decrease back session for some more shoulder delts work. Ahah let’s see! NTD Work. Usual workload except a mental health project which I m working as a tester. Lol. Something different. Tmrw gym yeah.

    Eaas you get all essential amino acids vs bcaa so eaas is more complete. Eaas by TBJP is a good one. More is very convenient budget wise. Like orange and mixed berry flavours but all flavours should be okay.

    Back to the gym. Not words. Specially after the movers came to keep all my gym equipment … waiting them and yeah my meals messed up really bc they were late ? but was the perfect time to hit the gym really! Early afternoon. I truly hate waiting lol…… So gym time was so gooooood released all freaking stress from packing ahah and the end of era and new beginning. However I will miss muscleswork tbh. Maybe ppl vibes I felt like home ❤. Still 1 month there and I know I ll level up in leaving UK for ?? I truly appreciate the brit bb absolutely but yeah mixing things knowledge skills experience I can just add on! I maybe be back… I don’t know yet! … it’s time to see my fam too as I don’t see them since 14years lol ?

    Back and hammies/glutes was great. Really great. More machines so good. Will feel everything tomorrow. Eheh. Love love love training!! Love the gym atmosphere.

    Ahah some tech issues w apps password etc ? … so great day today. Last check lost weight again. Basically EAT MORE WEIGHT LESS concept!! So food is going UP again.
    Tday lot of moving boxes … so expenditure was crazzyyyyy higher than normal. Tomorrow back to the gym. Below diet update. Start my cycle tomorrow. ??❤

    Training days

    Upon awakening: Acv+600mg
    NAC + 200mg
    CoQ10 + turmeric powder+5g glutamine.

    30 minutes walk

    (6.30am) Meal 1 – 300g egg white + 60g cream Of rice + 15g macadamia nuts + cinnamon

    (9.30am) Pre gym meal, eaten 90mins before –300g egg white+ 60 g cream of rice + cinnamon+ 200mxg chromium + 200mg berberine

    Intra 10g eaas, pink salt 2liters water
    (1.30pm) Pwo 40mins after – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 150g rice cooked

    (4pm) Meal – 180g white fish+
    50g green beans + 150g white rice cooked
    (6.45pm) Meal – 150g chicken/turkey breast + 100gbgreen beans
    (9.30pm) Pre bed – 100g salmon cooked + 100g green beans

    6 liters water/day minimum

    Not Training days

    NTD same routine & workload
    Got my choco coco whey the bounty flavour ahah so happy bc it is “mamma approved” I think that she is going to try a protein shake for the first time in her life!! ?? she crazy love bounty!!
    Some new interesting thing ?? & bb related.  This is out of the world.
    A further step forward for something new more fitness less pure bb related done too
    Boxes organisation ahah  4 days off from packing and the time flying.

    Coconut oil maybe is the cheapest. Olive oil you can find different prices but if you want quality you must spend more or you find a small production in Spain/Italy. Peanut butter is cheap too. Not the best IMO. .
    I would maybe switch to nuts, seeds and whole fat sources. Defo not avocado. Change or find a way to buy cheaper but keep quality. It’s possible. Do some research and skip local supermarkets. Buy in gross.
