    I would care of my sleep hygiene first anyway.

    Pleased with my session.
    So up on rdl (constant things) 2,5k and DB Hammies curls 1,25k. Back was great too. Pull down a bit too much loads but yeah.  Hiptrust hiptrust is a nahhh! But yeah food kick in and try to make the most. Hopefully some gains soon. We are at just 2 session out ahah. 
    Tday was same basic routine and nothing exceptional ( I love a basic one!! )
    Cardio,  mobility,  lpf, posing,  prepping,  eating,  whatapping, instagramming, emailing, training,  programming,  eating again and again.
    Ah I listen @clare podcast! Very nice!! ??❤

    So far basic rest day no drama no police no crazzyyyyy things.  Very productive day.  Some different kind of work and was interesting. More than my usual cardio, lpf,  mobility,  posing,  check Ins,  contacting factory, instagramming, shopping,  walking etc…eh ohhh Feeling much more energetic with my food up on training day.  Feel Very fulfilled by the extra job done too. Ah finally the whey dilemma I went for choco coconut JP iso whey this time from ni supplements!! Let’s try this one. ??
    7 days out. And I will switch from my morning bike cardio to a walking. No bike anymore and my 30 minutes walk in evening are going to be just the walk to the gym go and back. Ahah love my bike ?

    Collagen which is in join in JP supp with all ingredients is a very good supplement to help with recovery. I take one for skin hair and nail too.

    Rear delt row or a pull down, it will be far more effective than reverse fly or reverse pec dec.
    Keep shoulders forward infront of your ears, drive your elbows down slightly below armpit so it aligns with your muscle fibres of the rear delt.
    Don’t retract here we want to make sure you drive your elbows out and round so keeping shoulders forward is key.

    Legs.  Just progress on rdl. Legs extension still 2nd session after PB so same painful load. Ahah.  Chech in 115.4 lbs. Eat more and weight less. How.  Is it good? Or not?
    So update diet:
    NTD
    Upon awakening: Acv+600mg
    NAC + 200mg
    CoQ10 + turmeric powder+5g glutamine.
    30 minutes cardio liss
    (6.30am) Meal 1 – 300g egg white + 50g cream Of rice + 15g macadamia nuts + cinnamon
    (9.30am) Pre gym meal, eaten 90mins before –300g egg white+ 50 g cream of rice + cinnamon+ 200mxg chromium + 200mg berberine
    Intra 10g eaas, pink salt 2liters water
    (1.30pm) Pwo 40mins after – 150g chicken/turkey breast, 150g rice cooked
    (4pm) Meal – 180g white fish+
    50g green beans + 100g white rice cooked
    (6.45pm) Meal – 150g chicken/turkey breast + 100gbgreen beans
    (9.30pm) Pre bed – 100g salmon cooked + 100g green beans
    Before last meal: 30 minutes walk
    6 liters water/day minimum
    TD

    I can’t afford to buy JP Whey, because of the Brexit everything i buy from the U.K. will be affected by immense taxes and fees. I live in Austria

    Check out them for jp whey. They are in EU. Dynamize is good for digestion, tbh jp one is more tasty 🙂

    As Clare said not ideal in a pre workout meal. I can’t digest broccoli as well.  Sometimes it’s how you cook them too. you digest more easily when cooked for longer. Some nutrients break down when they’re exposed to heat, Spinach for example.  However you can eat raw too. Personally I digest them better when cooked.

    I hope that how you perceive stress can really play positively .. usual things well ask to the police to be spotted because launching eggs against ppl is not as much as effective and not so good budget wise ahah the usual routine really. I needed my eggs for M1 M2 tooo.  How much can affect my growth?! … stress like this unfortunately can not avoid…so that variables f**** ones. humans being are a variety and many ….. () Tbh the police guys were just soooo cool and helpful. Really  appreciate.  Nice support extra miles. Make  me happy i needed to believe in them again as well.  Omg they just surprised me !! British police guys just fab!! However Ahah A 212 guy was handy lol today… ?
    Was NTD a part all these things entertainment cardio posing stretching lpf and play launching eggs was sporty too x
