In my school days I played a lot of sports and represented the school several times in Sprinting events, so I guess that gave me a good start. I continued to play Netball after I left and then when I worked as a nanny in London for a couple of years I was given a free membership to a gym and immediately gravitated to the weights area. From then on I was hooked and fell in love with lifting. I’ve trained ever since and spent hours reading, listening to others, writing my own workouts, trying things out etc. The one main thing that I contribute to my progress is consistency. Persistence over the years, even though it’s not easily noticed at the time, makes a difference in the long run. I’ve always aimed for a progressive overload approach, but have done too much programme hoping in the past. I’ve found that reducing volume, focusing on intensity and sticking with the same plan for several months has been my best approach. In terms of exercises, I used to assume I ‘had’ to do certain movements like back squats, but I realise now that we need to pick exercises that suit us as individuals and that we get the most from.

I would as Claire suggest! of course then depend about convenience. i m not for square bars with everything added!! ( this is me who prefer natural food sources and I m sleeping better with a full belly of pure carbs!) the best for me is whole food anytime but if you like a bar square or you can not cook…. but the nutrition data of a bar are for me not appealing in terms of benefits on the body! … depend about your digestion and you should try out which whole food option is the best for you! I like oats before bed too… heavy is relative to each individual.

Hammer strength shoulder press 1×5 1×12
    Cable fly 3×15
Db lateral raise drop set x2
    Wide grip upright row 3×15
    Cable lateral raise 3×12
    Weighted dip 1×9 1×6
    Rope pull down 3×15

Hi Haider! just a quick question! … changing gym for you don’t affect your log book..I mean in term of adaptation to new kit myself I feel that I loose time…need to understand the movement on the new machine! it’s good to try new things of course/change environment and maybe we don’t have choices too! but in term of pure overloading progression I feel that it’s not ideal! … is it a paranoid perspective LOL mine? ???? thanks

???? watched your video! it’s great to see you training! lateral raise done like that is interesting! I guess is about recruiting posterior delts!? am I wrong? ah hoping see more your training videos soon! x

    —–

Hi @k.. I’m glad you enjoyed the video ????  The cable cuff lateral raises actually target the side delts the way I’m doing them. My palms are facing forward as I pull back. If I wanted to target posterior delts my palms would face down and I’d be pulling from a more horizontal position. Hope that makes sense!

Happy gal today! And even a messy one due to the move, to new job duties …btw My sesh started in a so way… With my chin move that it is holding grrrrr! followed by hitting some PB on rack, single arm row and delts! It was typical day when you feel weak, and once you hit the gym you are surprising yourself! Sooo it’s was a successful one!
Go out for some food adventure shopping… missing my white fish, potatoes and I would like to discover a new choco brand! … Settings goals matters! A nap later and we can call it a successful day! ✌????

hi! first it’s not in my meal plan, 2nd nutrition interest is not the best in my opinion. beef got more iron for example, salmon got omega 3, oliv oil omega 6,….Coco good sat fats, nuts good nutrients content even if omega ratio is not the best in some…, well if you like sometimes why not? personally I would choose to spend my calories/ fats macros with others food sources…. more as Ryan said antibiotics matter! x

And as I m a country girl on heart, taking tube is not my passion LOL, actually I was thinking to move to country side and adopt a pet! Growing asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower ahah! Next episode! Stay tuned!
Booked a bikini posing camp on begin of February with Jennie! ???? It’s a Sunday afternoon which is (even this a kinda of) rest day! Excited about this! Sass stage camp!
I m officially wrecked by my yday sesh!
With the move ah I think that my recovery is going to suffer a little! …
Lesson Learnt: too much staff! Less is more! … Giving away almost everything civvy! Minimalism is a way to go! LOL only food and scales, mirror, bikinis and posing heels! Ahah

done for me today, legs and Everything matter ???? It went like:
    Seated hamstring curl
started energetic! LOL destroyed! I was frustrated from my LOL’ing cramps of last sesh on bridge!! So I went to 9 plates!
    Leg press 243×12 253×12 258×4 253×8
She humbled me! I tried! LOL next one I ll get all reps!
Mr Watson and the hold is a real thing!
I did not earn the right to load more! But I think that I improved really deeply my ROM!
SLDL DB I went up and even here some burning hold was a thing. I m still at a relative baby weight!… Yep, not funny!
Glute extension machine on high reps relatevely “light” load! …. I feel weak on this! So there is a challenge here!
Adductor on the cables with the ankles is the moment when you feel the everything above! Ah!
Back supported leg raises …. Went till 40 today! Ohhh
STRETCH a really long pleasurable one!
    Ending with Seated calf raise!
Overall was challenging, some fail on press but yeah gal must try new things!!
Updating about my rice flakes discover…
Was yummy! So happy belly! I don’t add anything on…I m kind of a minimalist cooker! but it’s a blanck canvas for yummy recipes! ????

I think that you can adapt a balanced diet to your lifestyle! ahah I believe in steak! (kidding maybe not really). check out the log on of the athletes and you will start to believe in fats! LOL  whole eggs are easily fitted in a tupperware! …. beef, salmon, nuts butter, choco, avocado, coconut oil! ahah ???? there’s the diet planner on the site to figure out your macros! x

Interesting diet I found in the Dorian Yates journals[/quote]
even Dorian believe in steak! you can see yolk too! Kuba just posted his diet 🙂 check it out! you can prepare a tupperware and really not difficult to do so! you don’t need to cook hours! and you can eat on the go! need some iron, omega and other nutrients and vitamins minerals etc…. whey is okay…I would ask for advice on the forum to all and you will change your mind!
