    I think that you can adapt a balanced diet to your lifestyle! ahah I believe in steak! (kidding maybe not really). check out the log on of the athletes and you will start to believe in fats! LOL whole eggs are easily fitted in a tupperware! …. beef, salmon, nuts butter, choco, avocado, coconut oil! ahah ???? there’s the diet planner on the site to figure out your macros! x

    M1

    100g taystee wheat (cereal)
    40g whey

    M2

    40g whey

    70g maltodextrin

    M3

    150g chicken breast

    200g pasta

    M4

    40g whey

    70g maltodextrin

    M5

    150g chicken breast

    200g pasta

    M6

    100g oats

    40g whey

    On training days I’ll have a intra workout with eaa’s and 50g maltodextrin and a post workout of 40g whey and 50g maltodextrin.

    My training split at the moment is

    Delts/Traps/Tris

    Legs

    Off

    Chest/Bis

    Back/Rear delts

    Off

    ahah I would ask to give the uncooked weight because you are struggling. simple as that! you must stick to a way of cooking and same time of cooking.
    it’s not a precise way but many coaches doing it, … just check the forum and I posted previously same matter and you will see the comments.
    lot of Math! get ready with calculator and Google/fitness Pal etc… you ll never know exactly how much are you eating!

    Happy twenty-twenty guys! ❤️ .. and the blabla is here!  I am beyond thankful for all things who came into my life already and including all the LOL things …
    None of LOL staff really matter anyway…or has effect or will have some effect negatively towards my goals! If yes Just in positive manner! Humbled me more, materialistic possession is not a thing anymore…LESS IS MORE I will wear same hoodies! LOL
    pushed to work more hard ever, to change and so to improve myself on every aspect of my life And so on! ….My journey is always been consistently towards the best! … And Already on the way!..day by day! I m not one of the revolutionary goals settings people on the begin of the new year! Ahah ????
    Talking specifically about BB
    learn more, be around “high standard” & “good vibes” people ONLY, growing mentally and physically! More muscles here and there! BUT
    …obsly… Symmetry (should be BB’ s everybody goal LOL?) Better, and something bigger! Ahah guess!
    Well keeping (all) my muscles including (all) my neurones in “on season” phase is on top list too ???? ….And finally do not take things tooooo seriously …BC when I do something literally I am always extra! A kind of unrealistic Balance is something to look for! LOL at least in offseason!
    BB is to me is ‘Outward physical manifestation of mental effort’!!! Being on here, learning and working with Corinne is a manifestation of what I want to become! No words to describe how grateful I am! to Corinne & Jordan to inspire us daily and for creating this BB universe! … Humbly honoured to have the opportunity to work hard in an effective manner! and ready to rocks it!
    My prep is starting in off season… So the best of my best it’s on the way already! Here’s to 2020 y’all.

    Thank you so much really appreciate x. I do most of my prep myself. I do have my brother who also guides me. I keep everything very basic like the legendary Dorian Yates. I write everything down from diet, training, cycles ect.. Yes South Africa it’s very beautiful here. I assume most of you guys would be from the UK?

    wow great results by prepping by yourself and well lucky to have a brother that helps you out! AHH Dorian Yates is a big inspiration! his attitude… the Fu** attitude!!! it’s great to share everything, guys can help as well to perfect things too! … I m not from UK, but I m grateful to be here! it’s a cosmopolitan reality and I love the British culture! I m from Italy, warm country! South Africa is a beautiful place, … natural…and many talented athletes coming from there too! should be something there quite special! xx

    Upper went down today in a (almost) Empty gym! ???? ahah Things progressing nicely! Shoulder press & delts are going consistently up as my back game!

    My sizing issue with My t bar atlantis is still a thing! LOL the roller coaster ride!

    Reflecting on my yday sesh I dedicate 20 minutes afterwards to a relaxxxxxing stretching everywhere! A new gym lil is born! Ahah and well…I did a endless nap of 2hr yday afternoon! ???? Leg press effect! …btw too fab sesh today and I can not wait the next one! …. Happy new year guys! ????????❤️ I will maybe write something about my goals and blabla going on! X

    yes, it was surprisingly if was the first! 🙂 ahah we can not control everything sadly! … it’s always a learning experience anyway prep! you look and looked very good! keep working on it! 🙂 I m sure that you can achieve great results!     Hi Bob, you ll get back to it soon! Rest and of course you can see a specialist to speed up the recovery and to assess things. ???? A decaffeinated that taste good…ahhh never as an original caffeinated one and made with the “caffettiera”! I am Italian so I can just suggest some Italian brands. However all over the world they are making very good coffee. Columbia, Brazil, etc… Usually I don’t use commercial coffee, but “local” coffee from small villages in Italy. O o You can not find in UK. But I like Illy and lavazza are ok to me!

    Keep updated how you are going recovery, hope that you can see some physio or a sport specialist.

    Always help out and put some unnecessary stress away to see a specialist or ask to experts!  …

    Time matter only! ???? You can always train upper body! Which is cool! ????????

    I might not be Italian, but I know good coffee ????  I’ve tried a few decaffeinated but they all lack flavour and I like something dark and strong!  I’m up for searching out some small local roasters if you can recommend some though?

    So today’s sesh was a so so one!
    Went up on press! As follow:
    243×12 253×12 243×20
    .. I wanted to hit more load on press and I did it! Shaking shaking! …The bridge was a kind of joke! Felt strongly on my hams! Had some cramps too… first time ever! So for now I am adding some pink salt here and there…some stretch too! And we’ll see!
    Started posing and I will work consistently on! Now that calories are quite high and I don’t “cardio” yet allow me to dedicate more time, energy and focus! Heels and socks ready! ????
    Some days are more LOL than others…and today was a weird one! Even I hit my new pb on press, cramps on my hams were totally LOL’ING! …
    My new whey got my belly approval! Ahah Which is a great news! …and the glutamine taste is hidden from the vanilla flavour! However Very very sweety! …
    Went for karting yday! It was fab! I m officially a tomboy!
    Tomorrow is upper body day and I m going to visit kingsgym Dalston! Just looking for a proper posing room! ????

    🙂 start to say… that I watched your last video! it was cool! the pendulum LOL … killing softly but nicely yeahhh! btw i did my research… kingsgym Dalston is totally another kingsgym story ahah but they got a posing room! tomorrow I will visit! 🙂

    everything is in hold, but not the posing practice that I started anyway this morning! … better start in off season when still not cardio time and the calories are high! ( my opinion )
