    Hi Rhea, following on IG and saw you are posing often in Kgym! by yourself? do you follow a kind a regular posing routine? record videos? I mean anybody can do posing freely in King gym anytime!? … AHH already thinking about it! at mine is ok to do some posing but of course it’s not ideal..not big mirror! I think that if I am in a pro space help more with performance! thanks! ❤️✌????

Yes I record myself so that I can break things down and make them better!!     thanks a lot! yes, need to start asap well in advance! I need a kind of mandatory posing time… like training! I m going to call tomorrow Kgym Dalston if it is the same staff as Orpington/Croydon. BC I m based closed and I will get a multi gym membership. Orpington is not included sadly. Croydon yes! focusing on Dalston btw weekly. need to check it w/Corinne! … I m very far from comp…got some posing experience but ahah is never enough! as training! thanks for your help! xx ❤️????????

    Rest day! We are! As usual prepping!
    Some high calories food conversation to start! 🙂 with “deserving the highest esteem” people! A yummy way to start the day! And then a successful “financial” food shop adventure! Now we should see if it will be successful in term of taste/digestion and so my belly approval! …ahah Find flakes rice in an Indian shop … I mean … Soooo cheap! .. 🙂 buying my loved tilapia too! And Went to pick up my new whey which is a flavored one! Usually I go for unflavoured… No choice this time so we change things! LOL most the time I saw food as functional more than anything else! And I don’t like sweety things as well! … finally I Went for Vanilla! So looking forward to tasting it later!…. Tomorrow back to same staff! But more! … will be Legs day! Smith, press and bridge are in the focus area! … without neglecting the other moves obsly! Last press was 243kg x 12 so this is the starting point!

    I ll moving around soon again and definitely! 🙂 I can not wait! I was traveling around London lately! X

    go back to a structured diet and follow the advice of the guys about minicut! don’t beat yourself about it! next photoshoot or comp you ll be more aware how to manage things afterwards! happens to many the post comp/photoshoot rebound… it’s about experience too. having a plan/goals afterwards help to manage this. go forward! cheers

    Yes, some vitargo are made by barley!
    Btw one of my last intro from scitec vitargo was made by maize. Apparently is like to compare fat milk Vs whey!
    Making things easier to explain…
    Vitargo can be derived from Maize, potatoes, rice, wheat, and other sources, so even if maize is used as the starting source, it’s a very different starch as the finished product…. ????

    best thing eaten (provide details to what and why) obsly everything on my meal plan grams by grams LOL … Anabolic and yummy staff there! 🙂 …ahah
    drama of the day (if applicable) better not to share same kitchen with ethical vegan people when you are carnivore! And you are in high animal protein diet! ….. Can be a lot of fun! And ohhh …My mother always cry when it’s Xmas! It’s just tradition! 🙂 Should be the prosecco’s effect! So Lot of dramas! Entertaining!
    favourite memory of the day …me cooking and put everyone on diet! Cooked kind of “arancini” made by oats flour, jasmine rice and salmon! Ahah they loved them finally! Nothing extraordinary but simple fun! Kind of Xmas!
