????????❤️???????? Just binging on the forum… LOL 🙂 and I read that you tried iso for LFR complete strength and you had stomach issues! …btw I m Waiting 🙂 JP WHEY ISO launch! Hope sooon! O o and I m really Looking forward to it!!!! Meanwhile which one are you using? Right now I m using hydro by bulk powder but I want to save money ahah and apparently even I got diary intolerance I could use ISO! 🙂

You don’t need a whole lot of stuff or supplements to better your physique just clean food which would be also good for your family so everthing is possible if you just want it.

Even you are not a BB and you don’t want a the best body composition ever you should hit your protein target! Other ideas..Even with rice and lentils.. is there more cheaper? Also tasty! The orange ones are very tasty and got vit A on it! 🙂 XDon’t allow your budget to limit your dreams! More your health! (Which is more important than everything else!)

Yes, think that I talked too fast and maybe too much worried about my form too quickly! A bit demanding about my self LOL want perform well and heavy as I m doing it since years! Ah! 🙂 Need to understand it! It’s the famous uncomfortable witch is positive…the groove ( nice term btw! ) Thank you very much!

Thanks Meg! I think that I understood the tricky part… was how to pick up DB from the floor! Basically I will pick up them from a further bench, or something higher or just asking to someone! it will make things easy! (Short arms here ahah) … LOL Simple staff finally! Sticking with it, btw I will check out if there are machines suitable for this (even for curiosity)! Thanks a lot and Merry Xmas!

best not to alter anything in the plan as it will impact on the whole week and progress etc🙂 Thanks Corinne! I will Stick with it and LOL must to improve form and set up. Saw a video on IG how to keep DB as start by “Dan Bastick” basically with a further bench in front of the one inclined!  ..so now should be a bit better! Some videos’s binging here and there….will get it done! X

I’d suggest giving it another chance.
If you really don’t like it after having another play on it, you could try setting an adjustable bench to upright and putting it at the end of a low pulley row. Ideally a duel cable version that you can use with stirrup handles

🙂 Yes, you right! Should give another chance! I will try again, maybe loaded too much today as well. Too close to my “single arm row” load! For the first time maybe not a good idea!

Absolutely realistic to get in shape and have a kind “bb” lifestyle on budget! Example: bought 1.2 kg of tilapia for ÂŁ4.50, 2kg of chicken for ÂŁ8, eggs and lean beef are relatively cheap, carbs are the most cheaper! Of course You don’t go organic but it’s not necessary! Salmon maybe expansive however you can find cheap alternative to get healthy fat.
Agree with Haider about comp, you must allocate budget for it, however is possible even on budget!
I think that sometimes “civvy” people spend much more for unnecessary things without realising! I don’t think that BB diet is special… it’s just whole food diet! The simple one! Call it healthy! Supplement some maybe needed then depend about each individual. Even you are not a BB! …
Getting a coach is a smart move! It’s a smart investment! Even you don’t compete! But of course you can do by yourself too! Both are learning experience! In any case you can do it!

Hey Jessy! I struggle very often with machines which are too big for me
had the same problem with an very old chest supported tbar row from gym80 , I put two big plates on the floor to get the right position, I don’t know the Atlantis row but you can also switch to seal rows
Ohh thanks! Yeeeeees struggling sometimes but it is a fun part of the game! Problem solving queen! Seal rows seems what @bigbenchriche is performing in his IG video! Ahhh watched all of them! Hope I m not wrong! Anyway first step try to set up a solution for the Trow bar ahah look so great! Btw free weights can do the job! Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot! I will try! Not sure how I can stabilize that as it’s Inclined ahah however I ll improvise something 🙂 If not sure I ll switch for alike machine! If I can not feel “ergonomic” on it (ah I don’t know if this is a term to describe it…)…I can not push as I like… and this is going to be a tragedy! 🙂
