Hi Bob, you ll get back to it soon! Rest and of course you can see a specialist to speed up the recovery and to assess things. 🙂 A decaffeinated that taste good…ahhh never as an original caffeinated one and made with the “caffettiera”! I am Italian so I can just suggest some Italian brands. However all over the world they are making very good coffee. Columbia, Brazil, etc… Usually I don’t use commercial coffee, but “local” coffee from small villages in Italy. O o You can not find in UK. But I like Illy and lavazza are ok to me!
Keep updated how you are going recovery, hope that you can see some physio or a sport specialist.
Always help out and put some unnecessary stress away to see a specialist or ask to experts! …

Still not 100% today, but it’s only a cold so felt ok to train. I was very much in my own little world though. I prefer to just be myself and get on with things when I’m not feeling well and don’t have any desire to speak to people!
Session was good. No strength loss.. sweat a lot though, so I think I need to relax and recover for the rest of the day! I have a rest day tomorrow too, so should be fighting fit by Sunday.
ROTATION 1 – UPPER B
Flat lying side raise on the cables – 2 sets of 12-15
High incline Shoulder press – 2 sets, 12 reps – increase the weight a go for 8 reps
Side raise machine – 2 sets, 12 reps – increase the weight a go for 8 reps
Dip machine – 2 sets, 12 reps – increase the weight a go for 8 reps
Seated cable fly – 1 r/p
Single arm handle pushdown– 1 r/p
STRETCH
Assisted chin – 1 set of 15-20
Single arm seated row – 1 r/p
Cable rear delts – 2 sets of 15-20
STRETCH
Dual seated DB bicep curl – 2 sets of 10-12
STRETCH

Hi Bob, Thanks for the shop online! Could be useful! ???????? I m Italian and I got coffee in my blood ahah ???? I grow up with tiramisu! So totally addicted to it! Bought decaffeinated! So I m switching to it on the afternoon! So overall decrease the caffeine. The lack of fat, so a balanced Diet play a lot ( I guess ). Today for the first time I felt relaxed. I guess I was overtraining with unnecessary volume not effective as well, unnecessary stress…
You know when you feel in peace inside…rare for me and today felt it…try always to optimise time, multitasking, and try to be productive as much as I can. Sometimes resting is productive! Lol I m wise! ???????????? … thank you!@jkelly.ross

Btw I understand that it’s difficult to prepare yourself when travelling! Very messy! Not the good and boring routine! Too much and stress and things out of control! This can be cool but for example for me in prep…I m kind same treadmill same gym LOL ???? … And that treadmill! Kidding!
Btw Seems exciting traveling to support your athletes! I don’t think that the stage is everything! It is a great achievement but the process is much more cool…at least for me!

Why I am on BB hiptrust 120kg X 20 relatevely strong and on the machine I m soooooo (a pussy) weak 50 kg X 8 ???? and I m dying?
I admit that I m doing machine since 3 weeks only and BB trust since 6 years but LOL….my muscles should be strong anyway? …. Women and booty goals drama! 🙂Thanks!

When travelling! If you have 12hrs or more hrs flight I found useful and easy to stick to it! Otherwise if you are going to a kind of retreat that it includes fasting. In a civvy life, work and commitment I don’t know if I m able to do so. Maybe useful for gut health, I m not an expert and gut health seems not clear! Try to ask to @hilly! On his educator log! You are doing full range of motion or just on the top range? …. Do you think that it is more effective to work more on the top position.. do you go “ahhh kind of light more reps?”Since few weeks I m performing on hiptrust machine and well I can not load as BB classic hiptrust, which actually I don’t on bench it on step up because I m a short girl! 🙂

Changed training and diet. Low volume and more fat in my diet should be already improve my sleep.
It’s working! Specially caffeine adjustment, diet/training too early to know! I m going to try halcyon soon.
Found Ashwaghanda tea by pukka too! (Just for curiosity)…Gaba I already heard good things about!
Hopefully just will some adjustment I ll sleep like a “baby”! 🙂 Thanks for your suggestion!

Hi Hilly, I saw that you are specialized even in digestion. I don’t know if it’s fit in this matter. However I try to explain! I am always eating clean, since few years when I m eating broccoli, blueberry, celery…(All food that I always ate in the past without issue) I m getting dermatitis on my face! Went to the GP … LOLWith LOL I mean they are just give me the short cut solution! A cream! But I would like to understand! And I loved broccoli! Missing them! Maybe you know why? Nothing so bad I can still eat Brussels sprouts…Thanks!
There is a theory with some science that the body seems to change every 7 or so years.
I have found this to be quite common n after a while people just can’t digest foods they used to be able to.
I had this with oats n dairy. Funnily several years later I can now have some dairy again.
