    Exotic one! Dark choco and sweet potato. Fat Milk with peanut butter as drink! A sweet one!

    Chicken and coconut oil with rice.

    Multilayer lasagna. Original Italian recipe. Ahhh!

    I would go for huge sirloin steak with potatoes. And topping with oliv oil or ghee butter.

    Just few not shake/smoothie recipe.
    Still whole food.

    Basic shake: oats, nuts butter, dark choco, fat milk and topped with nuts!

    Hi Tom, very smart idea! 🙂 It’s like baby rice then! How you cook it? Microwaving?

    Loved the old fashioned oats… however so cal dense! Prefer some quantity if possible! At least on offseason!…ah not problem to feed myself!.. my cal intake don t go so far!.. Boi need to shake calories! 🙂 …

    Hi Kuba! Is it strategic things no carbs meal 2/3! Or a yummy choice…:) Salmon and beef deserving total attention ahhhh I understand!

    Rest day. Still feeling quite tired after the weekend, but should be all good to go after one more decent night’s sleep ????

    Full on day at work today and now for an evening of last minute online shopping for Christmas. Is everyone else all sorted!?

    Now my present to myself! Supplements! 🙂 about Prepare, Which flavour do you prefer? …i was thinking to order Pineapple as passion lemonade is not in stock atm!… Passion lemonade seems the most popular! The blue … which kind of taste is? Do you know? Sorry for asking this! O 0

    I’m gluten intolerant also and have no problem whatsoever with rice. Currently eating it in 4 of my meals per day (either ground rice w/ whey or with beef / chicken) without any issues whatsoever.

    No point spending the extra £ on a “gluten free” rice… just get the regular basmati / jasmine from Sainsbury’s and you’re good to go.

    Yeeeeees! Definitely is more than fine! Rice flakes too. However didn’t find ground rice yet! Lost in the big supermarket! 0 o 2hrs food shopping…was long time! Jasmine by Sainsbury’s cheap and lot of small Indian shop in London that sell any kind of! 🙂

    Coffee and 2/3 meals before training ????

    Do you take anything else for sleep? How long after training is bedtime?

    Magnesium citrate tablets and nothing else. Tried in the past melatonin but give me bad mood… Low mood! Ahhh I don’t like feel low! Like to keep life funny and positive! Training in AM!

    So time to slow down ???? I m kind of multitasking/hyperactive/no able to stay still! Not yoga girl ahhhh ????????????‍♀️

    Jasmine is the stickiest… for me it digests best too as I probably enjoy it the most so it works well

    Really don’t think you need gluten free rice tho I think who ever told you this are a little
    Behind on things. Rice is 1000% gluten free

    Jasmine seems the most loved one! And yesssss it is so good! 🙂 feel touristy in a rice’s world! ???? Oh Thanks!
    Ps: still need to finish the pack of the GF Fu** expansive one! LOL

    Hey all. winding it down for Christmas with the training so the next few weeks will be essentially like pre show (last two weeks)

    letting our bodies get super fresh for January

    the only time to so it is now

    I suggest the same for many if they have been killing It this past year.. cause one 2020 I know you are all going to try and doing The limits

    Rice doesn’t contain gluten. Jasmine rice is good to go.

    Also cream of rice or ground rice is good for post workout

    Thanks! Never tried them! I guess yummy with whey the cream & ground ones!
    Now I m going to taste jasmine with steak! 🙂 Free to choose different kind now! Thanks a lot
