Thank
Agree with the others
But on top of this I would add that if this is your stress / work that cause water retention; i would focus on supps which can play on mindset/mood
I took Safran for the first time into my athlete career; and when I say it’s good; it’s THAT GOOD.
From a supposed stressful/bad situation when usually I become anxious/exhausted mentally and then physically and it could affect my shape; i went to take Safran one cap morning one cap evening and I swear; nothing affected my mood negatively; and then the shape followed.
Safran is a fantastic anti depressor natural and you found positive into everything even if the situation was supposed to stress u at the first instance.
I would make sure to get some ashwaganda with me, Safran, and also dandelion on top of what the other said, and even vitamin C.Thanks Allison. Ill defo try it out. Im certain my work situation had bad influence on my look this prep to some extent as its not my first time doing this. Health supps and vitamins are always on point, and im quite strong headed person but body doesnt always follow as iv learned in this prep.

Ok there is a lot of different ways to do it. Cutting out test and gh together did hurt my look as the food was stupid low at that point. I think my best approach will be to take extra long prep phase next time and play around with compounds see what works best for me. Such a valuable info guys, appreciate all of your input on this. TY

Most of the time it’s not water it’s body fat, I have seen huge success recently keeping Gh in and getting guys peeled but it takes time
Yeah, i will definitely start earlier next time, make sure im ready ready 4 weeks out, it would be much more managable and give me the piece of mind. Thanks Kuba

Thanks lads. Once peds are on point I will do all i can to manage other aspects of prep better next time. Much appreciated.

Thyroidal hormons can aid for fat loss but those are very very special to use, you need a SUPER mega guidance on t3 and t4
Most of the time you won’t need those for fat loss, so stop it as you did is good, it should back up to normal then with time but I would not use it personnally
Thanks Allison
Definitely give it more thought next time prepping for a show and educate myself more.

Agree with Hilly here in that urea and
Creatinine can expectedly be higher, were you fasted and well hydrated when bloods were drawn? And ideally need to have had 2 days off training and heavy eating also. They will likely be ok.Prolactin can be fixed with p5p supplementation.
T4 will recover over a few weeks.
What was the reason for t4 if you don’t mind me asking ? Did you run gh?
Cheers Sas
I didnt run GH. Just thought T4 would aid the fat loss.

Urea and creatinine after often seen as high in individuals blood work that eat higher protein amounts and supplement with things like creatine so this wouldn’t concern me at all.
The low t4 could be an issue – what was free t3?
i would want to look at bringing prolactin into range – looking at vitamin b6 P5p 200-300mg meal 1 should do the trick
Thanks Peter
T3 was 3.7 pmol/L (3.1-6.8)
Cycle i ran was my first time using t4 didnt think it would suppress my natural t4
Definitely will follow your advice on prolactin.
