When scales don’t move I should add 2-300 kcal, but what about starting point. Should the first increase be bigger than 300 kcal?

It’s good to see you have been making use of it coaching yourself off it. How long was your last cycle? I personally would probably go onto a trt dosage at this point for 8-12 weeks. Slowly increasing calories each week and tapering off the cardio and t3. If your still training hard and eating a fair amount of calories you shouldn’t lose any muscle and if you continue to eat clean you shouldn’t gain any body fat really. Get your body rested from all the drugs and then go into another gaining phase after this. Your pics look good you could obviously do with a little more size all over your physique but as it stands it looks pretty balanced to me. Thickness in the back would help so make sure your doing a heavy hip hinge movement and plenty of chest supported rowing movements. Legs you’ll have to do what you can for now I suffer from serious lower back problem so I know what you’re going through there! Struggling to hold size in the quads. You can still hammer hamstring isolation exercises so make sure your doing plenty of that to build some depth to the leg. Adductor aswell if you have one available.

Thank you for your quick response. Everything you said makes sense. I am on cycle since April. I know that it was definitely a too-long cycle. Just really didn’t want to come off from cycle during the cut. Didn’t go high with dosages, but for sure it has been a stressful time for my body. So the cruise seems to be necessary. Let’s say I would start the cruise immediately. After 8 weeks I would do blood work to check am I in a good place to start pushing things. If no I would keep cruise dosage for longer.
Again got some questions.
How would you start the cruise? How much would you increase food and how high would you keep cardio? I have got the sedentary type of job so some cardio would be necessary for me.
Also how quick would you taper down t3?
Test dosage of 150mg per week should be optimal?
I know there are a lot of questions.
