Christoph is absolutely right. A frontload of eq can in most cases trigger a disease to cure it again you can probably not go to exercise for two weeks and this is absolutely counterproductive. (For some people anabolics just more important than the real important things in sport) even my former coach Patrick Tuor is absolutely against a frontload of eq
