You can find a good example on Jordan’s IG page not long ago . What in particular do you need help with ?
I saw examples on Jordans IG. Im just wondering should i do same rep ranges like A and B just different exercises?

You can incorporate conditioning work in a concurrent Training model (like conjugate), but the Focus needs to stay on the big 3. Pushing frequency is an option, but that means that you need to check your intensity. 2 or more Times a week maxing on squats are going to wreck your body. Try a program like 5th Set to get your technique right. Or Use one of the Programs laid out by RTS if you want higher frequency.
You have a decent amount of time…the simplest way World be to Start a Block periodization starting at Sets for 10 Down to 8 to 5 to 3s and then a peaking cycle. The Juggernaut Method would be an easy option for that.
Assistance can be performed in a low volume high intensity fashion, but the closer you get, the less important that will be. Same goes for conditioning.
If you want to participate in different sports in a year and be competitive then you need to structure your training in phases.
And if you struggle with that hire a Coach…this can be a great opportunity to learn.

I tought about doing upper lower routine. On lower day 1 i would do low bar squats on day 2 deadlift + pause squats.. On my upper body day 1 i would do regular bench, on day 2 maybe paused or cgbp. But im unsure how i should do it. I know powerlifters train at given rpe but jordan method is something completely different. I trained this way for a few months and saw fairly good progress but im wondering if im missing on strenght gains. Because i already gained good amount of strenght this way. I would like to do as much as i can in this time period. Thanks man!!!
