I have heard on Janishik but i live in india exporting and importing it will cost me $200 alone for a vial that costs $37.
–
The importing and exporting taxes are ridiculous and outrageous in our country.
–
Importing an item priced at $20 costs $60 worth of import duty and $30 additional taxes. -

Just talked to one of my coach friend and he told it’s underdosed. He suggested to go with Koho, bulldog or blackbull. Even i was amused at how come The brand’s i shared in Picture is available at such a low cost.
–
The 3 brands i mentioned above are costly but their gear is potent and isn’t underdosed. -
could be a supplement
could be food choices if they are high in iron
could be genetic.
is it effecting your blood thickness
What was it previously ?
I run the same supplements year round so that possibility is ruled out. And it isn’t genetic as no one suffers from in my family. And blood thickness is normal in viscosity no issues there. The diet part is will admit wasn’t upto the mark in last 6 weeks mostly eating out due to frequent travels for PT appointments and sleeping 4-5 hours on average.

I am attaching the screenshot from previous bloodwork.
So to confirm
between bloods –
No supplements have changed at all.
your drug use hasn’t changed
You haven’t been eating more iron rich foods?
you have literally been doing the same thing, eating the same foods? If this is the case then I would book an appointment with your doc as its very strange
I was in middle of my cycle 600T and 200 primo back in December. Was 6 weeks into it when I caught a Flu which forced me bedridden for 1 week and wasn’t able to even walk. Body weight dropped 10kg. Then I decided to end the push and run TRT for 6 weeks. So was in 150mgs TRT whole of January and Feb. During these 6 weeks I stopped any and all health supplements as well. Just TRT at 150mgs per week.
–
Was travelling a lot in past 6 weeks so was mostly eating outside and diet for past 6 weeks was very shitt far far below healthy for my own standards.
So the huge variance here is food intake
I would retest after 6-10 weeks of being in a set eating plan and re assess. It may be in the eating out every day that has potentially led to an issue
Yup already eating clean as push phase started from Monday and donated blood as well on Saturday. -
Yeh, reading that just sucks the fun right out of the drugs use for me.
I dont like the HCG use – personally just not needed IME and spikes E2 when not needed but each to there own.
The rest seems sensible based on what you say you know about your own response.
L car I would be doing 4-500mg personally.
Agreed it always meh 😑, for me too when i get consultations from clients as well and they making it all nerdy. But it’s kinda relieving as well since they know what drugs all works according to their response and they atleast have an understanding to their individual responses.
–
HCG is dirt cheap here like £4 unlike separate DHEA and Pregnolonone OTC supplementation which are like 4x the cost of HCG. Based off of bloodwork if HCG spikes E2 too much then i will take it out completely or reduce test dose to 100mgs from 150 or up the Primo dosage.
–
With L carnitine dosing I’ll go ahead with 500mg as you suggested. -
It’s a paragraph written by someone that has done a lot of reading and has defo filled their mind with a lot of bodybuilding trigger words haha,
It’s all fine , just adjust it based on feel , as always , test up down / primo up or down , as needed
I have an engineering background 😂, physics was my favourite and was aiming to do a PhD in physics, quantum physics or astro physics but life had other plans.

And honestly mate DORIAN YATES and YOU are a HUGEEE MOTIVATION!!!!!!!!!
–
. My base will always be Food, sleep, pushing my body weight UP, progressing my lifts, training HARD AS FUCK!!!, then getting lean-lean and repeating 🔂never rely solely on anabolics.
–
And TRAINING HARD AS FUCK!!!!! part.. i SOOO LOVE IT!!!! ❤️, I look forward to sessions, obsessing over that 1 lift i performed poorly that didn’t let me sleep.
–
If there is ever going to be a TBJP gym in India 🇮🇳.. next thing you know I’ll be sleeping with a mattress on the gym floor or permanently relocate myself near your gym. -
Is there a question in here ?
I forgot to ask one,😂 my bad. Is the stack design an overkill, too complicated and should i change it? What are your opinions?.
–
I want to use just enough minimum test base and leverage Primo and NPP dosages as the primary anabolic load driver because have ran test higher in past along with primo and felt like shit, lethargic on higher test dosage all the time.
–
At 500 Test + 200 primo my E2 was at 56pg/ml.
–
Also it will be my first time using NPP.
–
PS:- I have BP issues so already on an ARB telmisartan 20mg. So it helps with water retention. Not that I experience any water retention. -

MemberFebruary 23, 2024 at 8:37 pm in reply to: How does my U1,L1,U2,L2,PUSH,PULL,LEGS look? This to me looks like a lot of different workouts going on over your training plan, almost like you are torn between either an upper or lower split or push, pull legs. Granted you are taking rest days in between sessions but it looks to me that you should commit to one particular split and progress that instead of this current split going on. This of course is just my opinion but with the exercises you have covered across sessions I don’t think there’s a need to have these two different rotations
Then according to you a better option would be upper-lower 3 way split. But the nautilus pieces are in a different gym and hammer strength pieces are in a different gym. Only way to run a upper-lower 3 way would be do push movements in early afternoon and pull in evenings. Doing it that way would be me just shuffling between gyms. Because i live in India and the place i live in doesn’t not have all pieces available in a single gym facility.

Provided you can maintain progresssion, so don’t be too tempted to rush – take your time!
Yes, mate
I love pulling from floor so i also kept that in mind while designing the split as i am doing:-
• Deficit dead stop barbell rows on Upper 1.
• Meadows rows on Upper 2.
• RDLs( Glute biased) on Lower 2.
• RDLs(Hamstring biased) on Legs session. -

MemberFebruary 13, 2024 at 7:33 am in reply to: How does my U1/L1/U2/L2/push/pull/legs look?If you like it, and you feel it works for your objectives, run with it.
Obviously with a split like this you will need to give it a significant run of time, so be patient with it and give it a fair chance
I plan to stay on this for 6-7 months and then only make minor adjustments based on what i want to prioritise a but more.
How’s this going mate? Any tweaks or are you happy with the set up?
Still fiddling around with some exercises here and there and just changing the exercises order in a session for example in Upper sessions:- smith pressing is giving shoulder pain so considering switching to solely DB pressing as they are feeling better. On Lower 1 doing the lying hamstring curls, leg extensions, adductors prior to belt squats and leg press as doing compound quad work first irritates my osgood-schlatter and causes inflammation and also my right knee cap is non-existent so doing leg sessions that way helps.
–
Right now i am on health phase and a lot leaner and leverages have changed a lot specially on pressing movements once i go back on a push phase will re introduce smith pressing when i have a tad bit more body fat. -
