    Only generic splits i ever liked were either a Push,pull,legs and Upper/Lower. So i just prefer anything modified of either of them because I just love those 2 generic splits and I already ran Push,pull,legs for 1+ year so was kinda bored.

    With this new split of modified Upper/lower.. i am enjoying it, i look forward to sessions, I am excited going into a session knowing I’ll be beating my logbook numbers from previous weeks.

    1. In terms of recovery it’s better than the previous Push pull legs I was running as the previous split was taxing as fatigue from one session was carrying into the next.

    2. Yes, the progression is good across the board but it’s slowest on pushing movements .

    3. It’s too early to judge the physique progression as I only started doing this split since January start.

    4. I am absolutely enjoying it.

    If you like it, and you feel it works for your objectives, run with it.

    Obviously with a split like this you will need to give it a significant run of time, so be patient with it and give it a fair chance

    I plan to stay on this for 6-7 months and then only make minor adjustments based on what i want to prioritise a but more.

    Hi mate

    Talk us through this. What has led to you blending the two things together , and how are you finding it?

    How long have you been running it? Are you progressing well? Is it addressing specific areas you are looking to develop?

    Previously i was running push,pull , legs 2 way split. The issue i was facing in that split was that the volume per session was becoming a bit too much and overtime the fatigue from previous session was bleeding into the next session which was affecting recovery.

    I am i am really liking this new Upper-lower hybrid split. Volume is low on a per session basis and recovery is also quite good.

    Currently i have run only 1 full complete rotation of this upper-lower hybrid split.

    My main focus is to bring my back and quads up as they are quick to respond and recover easily. Once after i feel that they are quite where I want them to be I’ll reduce volume on them and address other body parts.

    As Kuba said it makes sense to add more test that will aromatise to oestrogen.

    If your goal is more estrogen more testosterone is a better option, nandrolone does not convert at the same rate as test does with that in mind

    Makes no sense lowering test and addding npp

    More test is needed

    I have never used NPP and this is 2nd cycle so i am a bit reluctant as to how NPP would react to me. So Kuba’s advise makes more logical sense so a better option then would be 700 test and 200 primo.

    Also if i need that much higher test on such a low dose of a DHT then does that mean I don’t aromatise test much? Because on 350 Test my E2 was 55pg/ml and when i added 150 Primo to it my E2 tanked to 26pg/ml.

    I would want my E2 higher if you are in a growth phase personally – its better for alot of things so from here I would just increase the test and leave the primo as is

    Increase test to 550/ week then titrate it to 600/ week the week after or straight away titrate to 600/ week from next week?

    you will of done if E2 was higher bud

    I’m with hilly I’d push the test up. Get it up to 600 personally from here

    I’ll bump it to 550 next week and to 600 week after and stay at 600 for 3 weeks and see from there

    I’ve never felt good on primo regardless of the dose so I’d personally swap

    It or drop it. But that’s me. 14 weeks is a long time on cycle too so just be mindful of sensitivity / health.

    Swap it with mast ?

    Sounds like where Im headed. Back then I needed to run primo tad bit higher , like 500 test 700 primo to keep E2 at 40-50 and feel good for a long time.

    Then after a good amount of runs like that I noticed my mood and sex drive lower on recent runs then after few bloods I had start running 1:1 ratio to keep E2 in good range.

    Last few blasts even at 1:1 been starting feel off. Going to get bloods soon to see but I think I need start running primo lower also.

    But in your case it could be a different things

    Either your test is very underosed

    or You dont aromatize much at all

    In this case if 500 test and 200 primo is still keeping your E2 to low for you.

    I would Drop the primo completely. Keep test at 500 and just run that.

    Or keep test 500 primo 200 add in something like 100-150npp/deca week for a little boost in E2

    Because if you keep test at 500 and drop primo even lower then 200 theres no point in even running primo that low. Even at 200 primo is already such a low dose to see any muscle gaining benefits from it. ORRR you could always add more test. Test is one of those you could run as high as you can safely tolerate without having E2 , bloat or blood pressure issues and etc

    My first cycle was 250 test, then bumped it upto 400 over course of 20 weeks. No E2 sides effects nothing. That time E2 was at 123 pg/ml at 400 test.

    I use pharma grade testoviron depot available at pharmacy over the counter.

    PS:- Increasing my test to 500 since last 2 weeks i got blood work done 2 days ago and liver markers are far more healthier than they were when inwas running 350 test and 200 primo.

    So i am considering going chase iron route i.e. run solely test as high as i can handle without any E2 side effects and THEN add primo as it’s evident that primo is acting very heavily as an AI for me.

    Im not a fan of increasing 50mg a week like that just because its decided.

    I personally would put test at 300mg a week and primo at 200mg a week – total drugs 500mg – a tad over your previous cycle and I would run this for the duration.

    However there is no harm in your thinking here I personally just see no need for it/ not something I would ever do.

    I see. My reasoning is I don’t plan to step on stage anytime soon, so i plan to take proper 2-3 years off for growth adding small mini diet breaks as seem required. So this addition of primo as 2nd compound i plan to run for again 20-24 weeks. That’s the context mate. So based off of this..

    1) should is run 300test+200primo per week for 24 weeks straight?

    2) Or slowly titrate to 200 primo per week and continue that for the remainder of push phase?[/quote]

    There isn’t a right or wrong answer here.

    For me.

    500mg of these compounds is really causing No toxicity at all.

    So get the most bang for your buck for duration

    I totally agree with Peter … there is no need to complicate if you ask me, I’m not an expert the idea is to get as much as possible out of nothing rather spend more time thinking about training and nutrition … just speaking from my experience I have never exceeded over 500 mg per week always test and mastaron prop … and I’m always progressing well .. maybe it’s just me .. I’m not an expert just speaking from my experience ….
