Hey Guys
Rest Day for me today – 2nd of the deload – I was really run down / ran into the ground so this is needed to ensure my look in 6 weeks isn’t witherd as I’m getting quite lean.
I thought I’d share todays look as I haven’t shared my physique for some time on here 🙂 Kuba is really happy with where I am.
This weekend on Saturday my assistance cycle will be re added at 10mg daily of primobolan
My supps away from that haven’t changed since around week 4 of prep so – 2iu fasted gh, 100mcg t4, 25mcg t3, 80mcg clen, 40mg telmarsatan, 500mg metaformin

Push Day – first day I chose to take a little regression on my press took it down my 5kg total just to make sure it felt good as the warm ups felt a little heavy but managed to go above rep range so will go up again next time
Was super happy with performance today
Session went as follows
Prime lateral – single arm
Atlantis press
Strive press
Flat press
Single cable lateral
Neutral push down
Pull day tomorrow and it was nice to have Katie back wooo x

Back in the gym for push today – last 1 or 2 sets depending if I had 2 or 3 sets usually set for the exercise.
Todays sets felt absolutely incredible – some good pumps whislt I was training so definitely feeling super
Can’t wait for pull tomorrow with Katie – it’s been lovely for that extra push in sessions with Katie and formed a super friendship alongside which is awesome too. Sometimes we talk, sometimes we don’t but just focus on getting strong together

Hope you’ve all had a great day
Leg day here today.
Session was a good one – my elbows are struggling with my squat today I’m not sure if it’s the way I’m squatting or if they are playing up squats were strong 160 for 8 BUT I’ve bought myself a safety attachment for the smith because I don’t want to take them out as I feel this is the BEST my legs have ever looked from all angles so adapting so I can keep ok doing them. I want my legs to look ridiculous in 15 weeks time so fucking just getting it done.
Rest day tomorrow – had a bath with Kwan Loong – I advise against anyone doing it the pain/sting it caused my bits is something I’d never wish upon anyone hahahaha

I actually wanted to touch on a little topic of forced rest.
We’ll all have times of these when we get poorly.
I know lots of people worry and stress – of “loosing the gains” or not having that outlet / happy place like the gym is to many.
But training and being there when these situations are happening sometimes make us worse, make recovery longer and stress you even more because the session just isn’t optimal
You do have to use your head over your heart when it comes to this especially if your love for training is like mine and runs deep. The gym will be back before you know it and when your there with your health back at 100% you can rock and roll full pelt again!
Thank you for sharing this Meg ??? also can we take a minute to appreciate this physique update and the past few weeks you’ve had of being poorly? WTF ??
