Definitely feeling a little bit more confident this week in terms of my physique. But stress is taking a significant toll on me at the moment.
It is what it is I guess.
Currently looking to move to the UK as soon as I can or after prep to leave a toxic environment here in Ireland.How are you? You seem to be ready so far out! <3 how do you feel?

53 DAYS.
Good morning from the cross trainer ?
Rest day cardio going down.
Had a FANTASTIC weekend of training. Have been travelling home almost every weekend now, and using the gym that’s closer to home home (~30mins) which I love.Legs- increases on every exercise. Like I am baffled. 20kg up on my leg press, the same/more reps.
10kg up on paused hack, same reps, 10kg on glute drive same/more reps. Delighted.Yesterday, shoulder dominant upper day, every thing progressed. Despite feeling knackered towards the end of the upper sessions, I still managed to creep weight/reps so absolutely delighted.
Had my mid week check in with Corinne and I have been given the title of “7% fillet mignon.”, after discussing how pulverised she was after her leg day, I was perhaps minced beef.
Anywho- no changes, apart from we are now adding, “the cutting stuff .” (If you get this reference, we are now best friends.)

Has been quite a stressful couple of weeks I’m not going to lie. Just coming to the realization that My current job just does not make me happy. Well, I knew this for quite some time but I’ve ultimately made the decision to hand in my notice in the next month or two. Its been taking a severe tole on my mental health. I actually never wanted this job. I went to the interview reluctantly. Told my friends I didn’t want the job. But after being “talked to” by my sensible uncle, I was told to take the job after it being offered to me. Knowing full well it wouldn’t make me happy.
I have applied to a few jobs, all fitness/training related. Even one in Dubai. We’ll see what manifests of this. I’ve been coaching on the side for the past 4 years and its truly what I am passionate about. Time to start living the life I want, instead of the one others think they wanted for me.
I’ve been all week writing up plans, programs, welcome packages, recipes, etc., getting a graphic made.. I’m serious about this. And not once all week have I felt like I’m “working”. Time has absolutely flown by!
In other news, I bought another figure suit hahaha. It was a premade suit/off the shelf, and honestly it fits me better than the one I got custom made, plus I prefer the back of this one. Its a different colour, but still absolutely beautiful. Tried it on yesterday evening after work and like 4/5 meals.
Anyways… Upper B tonight. LETS GO

Woke up to another low weigh in this morning.

Things are looking better too.
I’m telling you all, fresh country air and doggo cuddles are the key…Fantastic weekend of training. Everything progressed. Perhaps a touch fatigued by the end of the sessions as they are so long and taxing but that’s to be expected.
Some posing practice post workout too. Although I wish I could have been at the seminar, it is what it is.

So it’s been a busy couple of days since check in day on Thursday. I had Friday booked off work for the posing seminar, so I just said I’d keep the day off and enjoy a small lie in. Although, I still woke up with my alarm at 4:50am ? the joys ?? alas, I slept a little longer until 7:30am and then decided to get up and practise posing.
….. MY NEW SUIT CAME ?? it’s everything AND more that I could have imagined. It’s literally perfect… Except for the fact that it might be a wee bit too big ?? (bigorexia here am I right lol)
But seriously, the back of the bottoms is way too big, I will need to get it altered.
If anyone knows a good seamstress that I can send it to, or ANY advice on what I can do. Please tell me.. ?Other than that, weight has stabilised back down to what it was before I was given dodgy anavar ?? (it was more than likely dbol..)
Feel like things are starting to come together now.
Had physio and DRY NEEDLING some yesterday and already feel so much better. It was with my old physio that I used to go to around a year ago- I swear by him. He’s just incredible, and he knows my body so well. He takes notes every session and what he does and what problems I’m having.
Also – his first words to me when I walked in were, “Jesus Katie, you’re JACKED..” ?
I was like, I LOVE YOU ?

I think the “eat within 30mins of waking” is to be sure that my body is back into a “fed” state once I wake up. But obviously that isn’t happening when cardio is greater than 30minutes now ?
