Wow…
wow wow wow…My physio session yesterday was INCREDIBLE. The most pain I have been in, in a long time, but damn do I feel like new human. I feel like I’ve been given a new body- one that works ????
Today- my first training session back after the week and HOLY CRAP. I can squat? I can move weights, I can walk around, without pain? This is insane ???? I’m so happy right now. Everything just felt SO good. Movements felt smooth, strong and controlled. I didn’t feel like my joints were going to explode. Hit all my numbers from last rotation and progressed in one exercise so I am

Up and AT ‘EM.
Picked up my (second hand) new spin bike last Friday and maaaan is it the best thing ever. Game changer for fasted morning cardio . I LOVE IT.
One more rest today (today) and back to legs tomorrow. SO DARN EXCITED.
Also I have a sports massage this evening to hopefully fix my scalene/trap/back/shoulder issues. Fingers crossed I’ll come out in pain but the good sort of pain ????

Oh my goodness @jenny thank you so damn much.
It’s just the worst feeling ever- doing all you can possibly do but feel disappointed in yourself because of how we “look”..And I am way ahead of you with the baggy clothes movement ???? I’ve been wearing big jumpers and T-shirt’s, as well as joggers to the gym or around at home so I don’t necessarily have to look at myself. As messed up as it sounds. Thank you so much for your kind words and tips.
Also! Thank you for sharing your new set up for frog pumps- I did it that way on the Smith last week and it was brilliant! ????

So check on day ????
A full weeks rest from training has been ordered my the magician that is Corinne. I’ve been quite beat up the past couple of weeks and my recovery has been shocking this week, so I’m guessing this is the reasoning behind the rest week….. WEEK.
Cardio every day @30 minutes LISS and rest day foods until next check in. Hopefully I won’t wither away and die ????
