    Good morning – had a decent leg session yesterday. Set up a make shift belt squat to replace Pause BB Squats as lower back is being a right pain in the …. ???? it felt really good and I am happy with the session, considering my current energy levels.

    My head has been playing games with me, so much so that I’m hating taking check in pictures at the moment. Just trying to remind myself to enjoy the process, which I am.. BUT, I am my own worst critic. I could be so much bigger, leaner, stronger etc… BUT, if I was meant to “be there” right now, I’d be there. Just in that not so fun, “in between stage” where you can’t really see progress but have to keep doing the simple stuff.

    Check in tomorrow so we’ll see how things go ☺️

    Ohhhh I think a tragus or a helix ear piercing would look so nice on you Corinne! I’ve been meaning to get mine done also.

    You May disagree but I think there’s nothing nicer that a deep clean at the dentist ????????

    Had a pretty epic lower session yesterday.. progressed across all movements so I was happy despite being low calorie.

    Upper body today and trying to figure out which gym to train at ????

    I’m in a much better mood now today as I’ve travelled back home to see our new pup ???????? she remembered who I was which I was surprised about.. sad leaving but I’ll be back again next weekend hopefully

    Had quite a decent upper body session yesterday! Despite working late and thus having a later than usual pre workout meal…. didn’t get out do the gym until 9:30pm with two meals to get in ????

    Anywhoooo…. check ins….

    Food dropped, cardio upped. Hammer dropped so to speak. My body is refusing to drop body fat at the moment which is upsetting me, so we are going to force it to do the job we need it to do???? ….

    You’re looking insane btw ???? glad someone like you is doing similar stretching and scapular retractions – makes me feel like they are not a waste of time!

    Mentally I feel much better, my body reacts better to the changes in my diet and we are slowly getting there. The warm ups take time and sometimes I just want to lift but it’s really helpful so I’m always saying to myself, just do it and don’t overthink it ???? it’s the same with cardio ????

    Glad to hear you’re doing better- ???? it’s mad to think that we get so caught up in the scale weight when we preach to everyone not to do so ???? but at the end of the day, we need it to go down because body fat haha.

    Hahaha I tell myself the same thing- the stretching and warming up is a must ????

    Back to Rotation 1 yesterday for Lower A and it was a great session.

    I woke up not feeling the best mentally to be honest. And it led me to picking apart every inch of my body while I was practicing posing. Other couple of things that people messaged me about that were quite negative I just internalized them too much. Usually I’m good at deflecting negative energy like that but it got to me yesterday morning.

    As well as Storm Ciara making her way across Ireland right now! I didn’t get to go outside for my morning walk yesterday and won’t this morning either- it’s dangerous outside.

    Either way: I just had to sit in the changing rooms of the gym for a few minutes, stretching and foam roll for a little longer and plan out in my head how I wanted the session to go. And the only way it was going to go was UP ????????
    Flipped the switch.

    And I progressed on all exercises. Proud of myself for that. Ever get the PRs where you’re whole body is shaking for like 2+mins after you’ve done the exercise? Yeah that was pretty much every exercise yesterday???? love that feeling.

    Onto Upper A today. Hoping the cute guy is at the gym today so I can ask him for a spot ???? WISH ME LUCK (I have great difficulty in talking to people so this probably won’t happen)

    The treadmill is great! It’s been super helpful in getting my steps in now that I’m doing more office based work.

    So we had a really good upper day yesterday! Progressed every lift I’m delighted! Lower back feeling good again.

    Highlights of this sessions

    -BB Row at 100kg x11, 105kg x9 (last time 100kg x10 was my top set ????)

    – high incline plate loaded shoulder press 30kg per side by 10 and a 1/2

    -up reps and weights on everything else.

    Also- check on day yesterday! Finally starting to get things rolling now. Another food drop, and cardio has just been added in at 14 weeks out. Fasted before meal 1 for 25mins at 130bpm on rest days. (Typing and cardioing as we speak)

    Let’s get things rolling I’m so damn excited to start the suffering

    Great to see that you’re back lifting to full capacity again. Was quite interested too in how you auto regulated food through the healing phase. Cool to see.

    Saw your Instagram story today just before my lift and it was brilliant. Locked and loaded my mindset and progressed every lift- thank you Jordan!

    Also- my body needs join in too ???????? I’ve been stalking the site since it’s been out of stock ????

    I’m learning to be more like this mindset in last year or two. You don’t have to share every detail of your life on social media… SHOCKER.. ???????? and it’s been quite liberating. Hardly checking my phone these days at all, and consuming what I want in social media usage for my mental health.
