So 16 week out check in yesterday with Corinne and I think it went well. She was happy, so therefore, I am happy????
Cut to carbs and fats on training and rest days. My steps have decreased slightly due to work (thank goodness might I add). But no formal cardio added as of yet.
But, fail to prepare, prepare to fail as they say. I have a treadmill being delivered to my house tomorrow to I can have something to work with as my work days are long and getting cardio done this prep will mean doing some at home before I go to work.
Anyways, exciting times ahead

How did you find the scraping therapy? I’ve always been curious as to how it feels during and after.

I’m home- barely. Scraping in the door.
That lower session of Rotation 2 is no joke. Progression across all movements so very happy with that. Still in awe that I’m getting stronger being off cycle.
Today in terms of fatigue and soreness was horrid. I nearly fainted multiple times today, I had a banging headache. My body wasn’t fully recovered either, so perhaps training wasn’t the best idea this evening. But needs must as I wouldn’t be able to rejig my week to accommodate another rest day.
The cramps in my legs are beyond words in description. I felt like vomiting afterwards driving home.
Home now and hoping that a rest day tomorrow and some sleep tonight will help.

16 weeks 3 days out. I’m only slightly freaking out ????
Lower body today and I’m getting anxious about it already. My left adductor is a little niggly so I’ll try foam roll the area first before training today.
Rest day yesterday and was fairly battered from the two consecutive days of training- so I got some last minute acupuncture done and some cupping therapy. Feeling a wee bit better already.
Also, if anyone has any suit colour recommendations I’d love to hear because I’ve no idea what to do when it comes to figure suit design ???? just have to pay the last installment of it ????

Rotation 2 UPPER A
AND AM I ONE HAPPY BEAN
My main pressing movement if the day up significantly from last time.
High incline BB Press- 60kg x7 +1 forced. (Last time it was 55kg x6 so I am absolutely geeking out)
They felt so solid and strong today.Wide grip Lat pull downs up too- the weight increments on the machine back home make no sense. Got 66kgx11 last time.
This week 77kg was the next increment so I was like, f it. Let’s do this. Got THAT for 9 3/4. And used 66kg as my back off this week x17Everything else up in weight it reps so progression in all aspects

Single digit weeks holy crap that’s so exciting. How is your recovery been with hitting these massive numbers lately, and is there anything in particular that’s helping? Or is it just down to proper nutrient timing, and proper programming?

Another successful day in the books (logbook inclusive)
Second time round on Rotation 2.
Lower A-Pbs in every movement- very happy with
DB lying Ham Curl- Topset 35kg x7 (wanted 8- kicking myself but it was after a set of 32.5kg x11 so I cant complain)
Hack Squat- 3pps x22, 4pps x 9 (failed on 10th rep) very happy with this. Felt super strong. Usually these feel iffy for me.
Paused Leg Press 255kg x10,x10
205kg x20 (1,2 count on the hole) I fell off the leg press after the 20 repper and cried. Brutal.Glute bridge 150kg x13 (1,2 count at top, slow negative. 160kg x10.
Abductor + frog pumps (Does anyone have any tips on how to progress frog pumps ????)
Adductor – 63kg x12 (pause at top and bottom)
Hanging leg raises x2 learning to love these
Toe presses x 3
Back home now and came home to a new baby – Missy ????

Check in day – so I had a little drop this week not sure why – hit all meals – not doing anything more in terms of expenditure so not too sure – either way I’m really happy with pics today!

And very true, Ronnie being one of the all time greats- very excited either way to see how you circumvent your elbows and knees and progress despite them being a hindrance lately.
