    A GREAT session yesterday evening, despite a packed gym.

    All numbers up from last rotation and some quite significant. Felt strong.

    Seated Ham Curl at 85kg x 11, 76kg x14
    Leg Press 210kg x13, 240kg x9 (Have had an injury not so long ago on this so I’m trying to mindful about the progression of the weights- pretty much back and surpassing my strength on it now- so very pleased.)
    Paused Pendulum 75kg ps x12, 50kg ps x22
    Paused SLDL DB (toes raised) 45kg dbs x9
    Glute Extension (I use a pin loaded SL Leg Press here) 101kg x21
    Adductor 65kg x19
    Back supported leg raises x2 sets (6kg dB between feet- really felt this one!)
    Seated Calf Raises x 3 sets +STRETCH

    I had a lower body session in the busiest gym ever last night- but a friend was there so it made it all better.
    Safe travels to the US Rhea! Do you plan on staying there until the Arnold?

    Upper A of Rotation 1 done yesterday and hit pbs ins all movements again- delighted!
    Of note (for me anyways) was

    -High Incline DB Press @27.5kg x9 (x6 last time)
    -T-Bar Row 45kg x8 (40kgx9 last time)
    – Lat pulldowns was up also, 66kg x12 (last time 59kg x11)
    Very pleased.

    Doms are from leg day are very bad though ???? hopefully will be fully recovered by tomorrow for Lower B.

    Back to Rotation 1 Lower A today! Was nervous about it going into it knowing I had to beat certain numbers, BUT… progression on every exercise.
    Big frickin YES ???????????? I’m actually buzzing.

    Training at a different gym tomorrow so we’ll see how it goes – I hate having to train at different gyms usually because I’m used to certain equipment, kit, vibes etc. We’ll see how it goes.

    Took some progress photos this morning. Weight is down too. Just happy in general ☺️

    @clare can totally relate to this. It’s SO annoying! Yay to being healthy and what not but I just hate the week leading up to my TOM. Bloating, scale weight up, strength slightly decreased.

    But usually I feel great once it comes and strength is usually higher on my TOM. Very tmi. Oh well.

    Hope it comes and goes quickly ????

    A very good upper body session today. One that I’m proud of. Strict BB rows at 100kg for 8 solid reps 🙂 never done that before!

    Also, very pleased with how my delts and lats have improved since starting with Corinne. Who knew, that lower volume and high intensity WORKS.
    MAGIC.

    Alas, feeling good. Slight change to rest day food. Fats and carbs lowered. 18 weeks. Let’s go ????

    Tasty!! Looking forward seeing which flav for the iso! No doubt about quality! …True sometimes acne could be a negative effects! But I would be positive about!
    Well, same posing morning routine at mine however it’s limited the space for walking..so I am bringing my heels to the gym as it is ridiculously close and do my posing there. Going to a workshop next Month and I ll book later some 1:1 sesh.
    Other workshop as well later in spring if they are relatevely close to London or in London! ????

    I’m thinking I might fly over to London to get a posing lesson with Rhea or Megan at some stage this year! As there is nothing or no one in Ireland. Plus, one of my goals this year is to train at Ultra Flex and Kings ☺️

    Indeed, when I think back to 08/09/10 , I wish so bad I could go back and just leave myself a note. It would probably only need to say, don’t take insulin – that would be enough haha.
    We have made lots of mistakes but I’m happy that we made them on our terms , because it now defo has allowed us to impart knowledge fairly effectively

    And I agree, not regretting past mistakes etc. Always a learning opportunity.

    Lower B of Rotation 2 sweet mother of Jesus.

    Happy with my performance despite a bloody hectic day/week at work. 15-18k steps before training. Working late also, meaning my training sessions have been later too. Not ideal but making the most of the cards your dealt with.
    Luckily my order from the nutrition site came today with my Performance Fuel, EAAs, whey and a couple of other bits to turn my mood around somewhat. It just felt rushed yesterday because the gym was absolutely packed. Had to sub out Pause BB Squats with Pause Smith Squats because I could wait 45 minutes for a damn rack of the place was going to be closed. ????????????‍♀️

    But alas- impressed myself with what I hit in that exercise as it was my 3rd exercise in.
    120kg x10
    122.5kg x7
    100kg x20 – i may have cried.

    Rest today but depending on how busy work is I will try go to the gym for some stretching/foam rolling and posing perhaps.

    Hi Jessy 🙂 got my whey today! Taste 10/10. Consistency 10/10. No digestive issues this far! We’ll see how my skin holds up 🙂 will keep you updated.

    As for posing, I usually do 5 mins every morning and then on the weekends (days off of work) I spend a half hour or more in the morning practicing. Then sometimes after my training sessions also.

    I’ve only had one lesson in figure posing so far, so I still have a lot to learn!

    How have you been going about yours?

    ANSWER….I guess…my whole lifting journey up til now !
    I got strong pretty fast – I used to do gymnastics and lots of sport as a kid, so I guess I have always had the ability to be strong.
    so within 1 year of weight training I was very strong….did my first PL comp and set junior records.
    but the thing is….its all down to commitment
    I went ALL IN with this…literally all or nothing from day 1, so within a year that would maybe be like the comparison of 5 years for another person who doesn’t commit in the same way
    if you see what I mean?
    you cant progress faster than your potential BUT you can use time more efficiently….

    Doing the correct stuff with proper intention from the very beginning and being “all in”- got it. Where a lot of the “lifting” population don’t have that guidance when starting off.

    Glad of the rest day yesterday, because my hamstrings were killing me ????
    Upper B today which included prs all round.
    70kg x9 on Incline Smith Press – very happy with that ????
    My first check in with Corinne too and she was happy, so therefore, I am happy. Here’s to an amazing week ahead ☺️

    Push on Sunday was another success. Surprised myself in all the exercises.

    Doms we’re sticking around until yesterday (rest day) but feeling good today!

    Excited (but also scared) to hit lower b of Rotation 2 today. Pause bb squats after ham curls and sissy squats. I already want to vomit.

    18 weeks 3 days out ????
